Premium size villa.
Come enjoy the Westin Kierlands villa and as well as the Westin Resort and Spa activities. While you are there take the villas shuttle over to enjoy the Kierlands Commons Shopping district, wonderful restaurants, and at the Quarters down the street.

**Please note that we do not rent to two separate parties at the same time..

We have 3 combinations of options for rental. 1) two bedroom lockoff,
2)1 Bedroom Premium villa, and 3) studio villa.
We do have full access to a two bedroom lockoff, which is a combination of the 1 bedroom premium villa and the smaller studio side. Please take a look at the pictures with examples on my dashboard.

The price stated on the calendar is the base price for a studio villa. If you choose the 1 bedroom villa it would the the base price plus $50/ night. If you choose the 2 bedroom lock off it would be the combination of the studio villa and the 1 bedroom lockoff.

Four diamond rated resort, including exceptional golf at the Kierland golf club and indulgent spa experience at agave the Arizona spa. These rooms have been fully renovated and include a beautiful fireplace. Room sleeps up to 4 adults and features a king-size bed and a queen sofa sleeper as well as a dining table. Also in the kitchen area, there is a washer and dryer combination provided for your convenience. The bedroom features a flat screen tv. Fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, ceramic cooktop, microwave/convection oven, full-size stainless steel refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and dinnerware. Bathtub’s adjustable heavenly® shower with a handheld wand, then wrap up in a plush bathrobe.

Relax on the living area’s sofa bed while watching the flat screen tv with a dvd/cd player or listening to the bose® wave® am/fm radio. Wireless high speed internet access is complimentary.

The resort features three swimming pools: adventure water park, adult aguamiel pool and outdoor children's pool. You will also have full access to the Westin Kierland resort amenities, including spa, tennis courts, hotel restaurants and family-friendly activities. The resort is just 5 minutes away from Kierland common and the Scottsdale quarter with complimentary shuttle service and discounts to fine dining, theater, and high tech and fashion shopping.

LOVED it!

We had such a great time at this property! We absolutely loved it. It was as described and in such a great location (what is not to love about the Westin Kierland Villas??!). We hated to leave because we had such a great week there.

Great Family Vacation!

We just had the best family vacation at the Kierland Villas! Christine was very easy to contact and was super helpful. We had a premium one bedroom which was more than enough room four our family of four. There were so many activities for the kids and adults. We LOVED the trivia at the pool everyday. It was a short walk to the resort where we lounged in the lazy river and the older kids enjoyed the waverider. We also loved the bagpipers during happy hour. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful trip

All went smoothly! Very clean and safe at all times. The weather was perfect. We enjoyed the clean pool area and all the amenities including the shuttle back and forth from the Kierland shopping. We had a beautiful view of the golf course. Will be back! Jessica

Scottsdale stay

Great property for jumping off to many site seeing destinations. Pools were relaxing warm and clean. Great complex with hotel and golf course next to villas to take walks or golf. Hotel shuttle was convenient to ride to local shopping and restaurants and leave the car parked at the villas.

Great location. Check in not quite right.

The property owner neglected to tell the resort that we rented the condo. Short delay in check in. Plus our name was never in the computer which meant that charging to the room was an issue every now and then.

wonderful stay

We had a fantastic stay. Condo was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pools, hot tubs, ping pong, and happy hour. Although the weather was unusually cold for AZ, we loved escaping the snow for some sunshine and flowers.

Perfect spot to enjoy all of Scottsdale!

Perfect location! We had a great stay with our two small children. Lots of golf and shopping in easy walking distance. Rooms are perfect layout. We will be back next year:)

One thing I love about this property is that you can either stay around the Kierlands property or you can take a day trip up to the Grand Canyon. The Kierland's common is a walking distance away to shop, dine, and golf. This property is family friendly, swimming, golf, spa, and kids activities weekly,

What makes this property unique

Once plus about staying at the Villas is that there is so much to do. We like to meet up with the family here and everyone is happy. Lots of amenities that the entire family can take part in. Swimming, golfing, river-rafting, relaxing by the pool, excellent access to amazing restaurants in the area. You have a quick 20 minute drive to the center of the city where they have museums, baseball, basketball, and football games.
