Lovely place to stay

We stayed here over Labor Day. Our condo (604) was clean and spacious. We had 8 adults and 3 babies. The condo is right on the beach and has two pools, which was great for babies. It was a peaceful and quiet beach. Wal Mart is right across the street which was convenient. Parking can be tricky if you have more than one or two cars and especially if you are still in the car seat phase. We used the public parking lot at the Fairfield in to park some of our cars since only two passes are given and each family drove their own vehicle. It was about a 5-10 minute walk to get the car and we paid about $115 for the 4 days we parked at Fairfield inn.

So Perfect!

We loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back. We are a family consisting of 3 couples and 2 small children. This set up was perfect for us. The location was ideal as it is across the street from Walmart, ice cream shops, some boutiques, and a Mexican restaurant. We could walk anywhere we needed to go. The beach here is lovely!

Family vacation

Beautiful place. Pool was below average but great location, however, there was absolutely no parking. We could not even unload our stuff!! You basically have to wait around for someone to leave to get a space at the condo or park two blocks from the condo. Who wants to do this with all your luggage and beach stuff? There are plenty of other options for this price. We will not be back...too much of a headache to go to dinner and hope for parking when you return. Dont be fooled to think parking is not bad, it's horrible!!

Great location

Perfect fit for our family of 11. Only complaints would be how noisy the people above us were at all hours of the night, and the ceiling fan in the back king bedroom shakes a lot and is loud. But over all great experience, and location. We would come back and stay.

High school friends girls weekend

We were a group of 5 fifty-somethings who have been friends since the early 80’s. The condo was great, well appointed, and close to the beach. Restaurants were within walking distance. Parking is a problem- one of our cars was towed.

Great Location

Great location. Beds very comfortable, great view, easy beach access. Parking situation is not ideal, nearest lot is 1/2 mile walk, this is not conducive with small children. Unit needs a good cleaning. Floors are very dirty.

Overall great stay!

Overall amazing stay! Great location, clean, and plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 kids! My only complaint was the parking! Luckily we didn’t have to leave much but it was frustrating not being able to find parking a few times.

Beach paradise

Our family of 10 had a wonderful week at the Enclave 64. Very spacious condo and right on the beach. We had a couple issues that management addressed right away. The indoor and outdoor pool were great to have. We really utilized the under counter ice maker. The balcony was wonderful and shady most of the time. We would definitely recommend his property

Very nice condo.

Great place for or two families of 4. There are a few things that need to be looked into. I never could figure out the wiring. The tv's, lamps, other wall outlets, were often controlled via a wall switch. So you could turn one switch off and the tv, lights, your wall phone charger, all go off. Another issue is parking. I dont know if there are some units who have designated parking under the tennis courts, but i would search out thise first. We had 2 cars and ended up not finding a second spot one night. I drove around for 15 minutes then left and came back but still no open spots. I neded up parking in a parking lot that night. Lo and behold i woke up to find our car had been towed during the night. Paid the $230 to get it back. The Fairfield Inn offers limited parking passes but its a few hundred yards away.

Spring Break

The place, overall, was nice and clean and provided several extra blankets which was nice since the weather was on the cooler side. The kitchen was well stocked as well. The cold water hose for the washing machine had a leak and a maintenance person came to fix it within hours which was really nice and appreciated. The location was extremely convenient being directly across from Walmart and Publix. With the amount of traffic, being able to walk across the street to pick up a few things made this extremely nice. We also took advantage of the pickle ball courts throughout the week. I liked this property because not once did we ever have to wait for the elevators which we have had nightmarish experiences at higher-rise properties in the past. I would definitely stay at this location and this property again. Although the fat VRBO fee that is slapped on at the end was not expected and I would rent directly through the property itself. I will not be going through VRBO again for my rental services.

snow birds in orange beach-2023

There were never any security guards to get passes from for parking. We had to call maintenance several times to fix things. The outlets in kitchen next to fridge didn't work. Shower door in hallway bathroom was off the track and door between the 2 bathrooms wouldn't close. The curtain rod in master bedroom pulled out of the wall and fell to floor. Plaster was falling off the ceiling by table. Electricity in master bath was going on and off for 2 days. With the many things to be addressed they called back right away and sent people over. The view from balcony was wonderful, the kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable. Pool was closed for longer than posted 2/21 to 2/28/2023. Wasn't open by the time we left 3/4/2023.

This condo has an amazing view and is very spacious. We took our parents and it was the first time they have stayed on the beach; they loved it! It is also right across the street from Walmart.

The property is very nice and clean. Location is good with a grocery store and great Mexican restaurant across the street. Finding parking was difficult.

The condo was certainly large enough, not very clean and noisy. It is located right beside the elevator so everyone passes by 2 of the bedrooms windows making it very noisy for those 2 rooms. All the bathrooms had previous occupants hair in them ! When we arrived the kitchen faucet had leaked water all over the counter and floor. Our biggest complaint is there is no pRki g. The listing says it comes with 2 spaces however it is 1st come 1st serve . There is owner paid parking but this units owners do not pay for a spot so we had to public park for $50 per night and then. Move our cars when there was a space available and Uber the rest of the week which became costly!! There are so many units available at the beach that you don’t have to pick a unit that does not have reserved parking . The phoenix Gulf shores has a larger unit with guaranteed parking available. Rent that unit instead

Great bang for the buck!

Really enjoyed the stay. Everything was as listed. Two minor maintenance issues which were fixed within the hour. Parking is the only issue - 2 car limit and full lot 24x7. We did find out you can park overnight in line with the Wells Fargo Kiosk directly across the street and not be towed. DO NOT PARK AT WALMART OR ANY PLACE OTHER THAN THE MIDDLE STRIP BEHIND THE KIOSK OR YOU WILL BE TOWED.

Nice condo, but the price paid isn't worth the issues incurred.

The main issue that not only we, but anyone we talked with staying at this property had was with the parking. A solution that came to mind was to get rid of the eyesore of a tennis court and create a parking deck that nearly every other condo down the coast had. For the most part, the cleanliness of the place was good. Definitely could use a deep cleaning of all the nooks and crannies. Ceiling fans need fixed or updated in the bedrooms. The swaying and creaking sounds while using them was unsettling, especially when trying to sleep. The washing machine is excessively loud during the spin cycle. Could hardly have a conversation in the kitchen while it was running. The mattress on the bed I slept in needs replaced. Divots from worn out springs were very prominent. So much so, that the middle of the bed was uphill. The internet was very unstable and kept dropping connection. Now for the good.... Extra ice machine at the wet bar was a very nice amenity. Since we were down there for a softball tournament, we used a lot of ice in our coolers as we set out for the day. Plenty of room for hanging out for the adults and kids. Well insulated walls eliminated any noise from outside and neighboring condos.
