We came in from an intense hike in Arizona, the owner was very responsive. There was never a moment of doubt, we arrived and the house looks exactly as advertised. Everything was well kept and modern. We didn't find propane in the grill but it was no big deal, we went to the local Walmart for some. Any question we had, we had an open flow of communication. What struck me the most was the amazing hospitality. Someone in our group forgot a pair of jeans in the home and most of us had already flown back out to New York. A couple of us stayed behind on the strip and the owner took time out of his day to drive the jeans to us. I wouldn't expect it, comes to show there are still people who care.
I personally stayed in the room downstairs, which we appreciated in a big group. There was more privacy. We had rented two vans, the driveway was big enough for both. The kitchen was fully loaded, never mind pots and plates, there was spices and snacks, not to mention the 6 pack the owner left us as a welcome gift. Overall great experience.
