The main living room area is bright and open with cool smooth finished concrete floors and recessed lighting. Each bedroom has a private bath. Two outdoor patios provide great space for grilling, relaxation, or entertaining. We provide a fully stocked kitchen including all major appliances, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and serving dishes. Everything you need.

The property also has 3 televisions with Roku programming, 2 DVD players, cable internet, a land line phone, and WiFi. Tuned up bicycle available for guest use.

Both bathrooms had black mold in the shower and tub - I have photos.

The AC didn’t work for 3 days. The living room rug was dirty and stained. The kitchen sink sloped toward the drain and two of my glasses broke. It was dark and depressing. Never again!

Palm Spring in Febbruary

Here are some of the many things we enjoyed about the place we rented. Great location to what is happening in Palm Springs. Loved having a washer and dryer to use. Lots of useable living space,with a two car garage. Wonderful neighbors, pleasant and welcoming. Close to golf, downtown, grocery shopping and an awesome mountain for hiking. The gated community provides lovely landscaping, tennis courts and a warm swimming poll. We thoroughly enjoyed our February in Palm Springs at Wavery Park.

Excellent Property

Robert met us when we arrived and took us to our unit He did an excellent job of educating us about the unit. We immediately noticed that the rooms in the unit were spacious, bright, clean, and the decorating was wonderful. The patio off the family room was really nice and included a gas grill. The unit included a garage, which is a real plus. Wi-fi worked well as did all the appliances and televisions.The fact that it is a gated community was a great. We also found that the location was great for going downtown or the surrounding areas. We really enjoyed our stay. Our only regret was we had to leave. We would definitely rent this unit again.

This condo had everything we needed for a holiday getaway!

Our property manager was attentive and accommodated our late arrival. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook and eat in. The condo was very spacious with two separate suites for privacy. Our stay was eleven days and we enjoyed every single day!
