Set in a 5,000-square-foot farm, the cottage comfortably sleeps 29 people. The 11 guestrooms are equipped with air conditioning or ceiling fans. The social area, where the wifi router works, is composed of a dining and living room with double height, integrated to the kitchen, TV room and mezzanine, which works as a living room and games room (pool) . The social area also has a balcony integrated with a barbecue near the pool, with several ceiling fans. Most rooms are set around a square-shaped central courtyard with a circular bed built of small bricks. In front of the house there is a volleyball mini-court and a tennis court, exclusively for this sport. There is also an exclusive space for table tennis at the bottom of the house. The TV room is air-conditioned, equipped with cable TV channels, with blu-ray home theater and various movies, CDs and games. Upon request and extra bonus can be made available water slide on irrigation canvas, located in sloping grassy area. Young children can play in a sandbox. Flexible arrival and departure times.
