Beautiful secluded home in Mullumbimby
Stylish and comfortable 3+ bedroom timber house in the picturesque little town of Mullumbimby near Byron Bay. Quiet elevated position with green views. Great location, in town yet very secluded, and the beaches are a short drive away (10 min. to Brunswick Heads, 15 min. to Byron Bay).
Our beautifully renovated timber house has two large verandas front and back to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle and natural surroundings.
3 double bedrooms with comfy beds and ceiling fan + office space with a small single bed. 2 bathrooms. A/C and fireplace in the living room. Timber floors, quality fully-equipped kitchen.
Beautiful sunrise views from the master bedroom. Elevated to catch the north-easterly breezes.
Large tropical gardens. Quiet, birds and total privacy within easy walking distance of the shops and cafes (5-10 minute walk to the town centre).
Wifi, 46" flat screen TV, stereo, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ. Hammock to relax on the back deck :)
Mullumbimby is a vibrant little town with a distinctive laid-back community feeling, just 15 minutes to Byron Bay and 40 minutes to the Gold Coast. Shops, art galleries, cafes and restaurants, Olympic swimming pool, attractive parks along the river.

We're originally from Europe, but we've been in the Byron Bay area for 30 years. We love travelling and prefer private accommodation when we do, so we've gathered quite a bit of experience both as guests and as hosts over the years. This always helps to make our guests feel at home!
Why they chose this property
We used to live in Byron Bay, but then chose to move to Mullumbimby to escape the hustle and bustle of a tourist spot, have a bit more land, and enjoy the sense of community in this town. The beach is still only 12 minutes away, and Byron Bay 20 minutes, so we don't feel like we're missing out :) The house is in a great location in town, on top of a hill, with green views front and back. It's our home and we love it!
