About this property

If you are tired of being quarantined at your home or appartment, this is your answer!

A disinfected 3 Year old cabin that contains a deluxe king sized bed along with a partial kitchen with appliances. Unit also has a full bath with deluxe messaging shower and an additional shower outside for use under the stars in complete privacy (outdoor shower is not open during winter months). The cabin also has WiFi and Satellite TV including a DVD player with over 100 movies to choose from. Two lounge chairs are provided for relaxation.

Snack food is provided as well as some breakfast food to begin your relaxing stay. Appliances include: Microwave, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig coffee maker along with a wide variety of coffee's and tea's that can be enjoyed on the back deck along side the horse pastures.

Additional appliances include: Hair Dryer, Iron and ironing board, and Vacuum .

Called "Linden Place", we are located in the middle of the Kentucky Blue Grass surrounded by horse farms. We are 2 miles from the Internationally known Kentucky Horse Park which hosts many equestrian events throughout the year. Close by, is also the Keenland Race Track, Bluegrass Airport and a wide variety of fine restaurants.

Your security is insured by main property gates that lock automatically and the owners house that is nearby. The owners are available 24 hours for anything that you may require

Nice, secure place to stay

I found this listing while looking for something close to the KY Horse Park. The property is gated, so you can leave things in your vehicle with no thoughts of having it tampered with. Gussie is a nice host, met us when we arrived. This place is just right for one or two people!

Wonderful!

Solo traveler, and I couldn’t have picked a better spot. Large, secure gated property. The host was very nice, helpful and available if needed. The cabin was perfect for my stay, warm and cozy with all the essentials needed for a comfortable week. Several horse farms close by for touring, and lots of local shopping in nearby quaint towns. I would recommend, and hope to make it back in the future!

Peaceful Getaway

Kentucky Horse Park vacation

We loved this little gem. It was perfect for my husband and myself, location wise and everything we needed. Beautiful, peaceful and quite. The cabin was very clean. Amazing hosts.

Linden Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The cottage is quite comfortable and in a secluded location. The two horses in the yard behind it came to the fence to say hello. Our hosts welcomed us in person and left plenty of snacks and beverages for us. Georgetown is convenient to all the local horse activities and the Bourbon Trail. I would definitely come back.

Perfect and peaceful

We had a wonderful time during our stay. It was easy to get to Georgetown and Lexington. The cabin had everything we needed to include snacks and some breakfast options. Cozy Cottage and Great Hosts

We could not have been any happier with our stay at Bill & Gussie’s cute and cozy cottage. These hosts go out of their way to make their guests feel welcomed. Everything was provided, including a personal tour of the cabin and recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the community. The cabin was clean and the weekend met our needs for rest and relaxation. Although the hosts live close by on the property, they respected our privacy and we never felt like they were hovering. We will definitely visit again in the future. Thank you!

Great quiet spot in the middle of horse country

The hosts are wonderful. This place is close to the National horse park, Georgetown KY, 10 mins to town. 10 mins to Old friends retired horse park and more. We found this place very comfortable. Try the outdoor shower! We had a great time just doing adventures and stopping for a break at the cottage. Easy in and out. If you are expecting high end this aint the place for you but it makes up for that with comfort, budget friendly rate, and It's location

Wonderful, Relaxing Cabin - Gorgeous Property

Wife and I had a wonderful, very relaxing stay. Only short drive to town. Hosts met with us at check-in to show us around the cabin, which gave this a personal touch. Even had our names on a sign at the front property gate! Very nice hosts. Snacks and bottled water supplied were very much appreciated. Only issue we had was there were several wasp nets inside the outdoor shower enclosure, making it impossible to use the outdoor shower. That was disappointing. I texted the host, but he must not have noticed my text, because I did not receive a reply. Other than the wasps, it was a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Place

Getaway weekend

The cabin was very cute and perfect for us. The farmland surrounding the property was gorgeous. The owners were extremely accommodating and kind. We would highly recommend this to anyone needing a quiet getaway weekend.

Cute little cabin

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was exactly as advertised. The owners greeted us with a welcome sign on the fence and were there to show us around when we arrived. They had a basket of snacks in the cabin and drinks in the fridge. Would definitely stay there again.

Peaceful and comfortable

We came to town for the Bourbon Burn bike ride and had a wonderful stay at the property. The owners came to meet us upon checkin and make sure we had everything we needed and knew how to work the features of the home. There is also a comprehensive manual of how to work things in case you forget. The home was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. The outdoor shower was a wonderful treat after a long days ride. My husband preferred the indoor shower with all its relaxing jets. There was an ice maker which was an excellent surprise. Along with breakfast foods to get our day started off right. We really enjoyed our stay on the quiet property.

Ideal location in the middle of horse country!

Bill & Gussie were the best! Very easy to communicate with, and greeted us upon arrival. Our stay was very comfortable and clean. Location was ideal if you want to be in Kentucky Horse country. Would stay there again if ever traveling back to Kentucky!

Why they chose this property

Being our lifelong dream (to live in this beautiful countryside), we enjoy the peace and serenity it has to offer and, even though we have traveled to many places, we always relish returning to this beautiful place in the Kentucky Bluegrass.

What makes this property unique

If you have never taken a shower under the stars in perfect privacy and security, this is your chance. Those of our previous borders who have, think it is the greatest! We ourselves do so the entire spring to fall season in our home nearby.
