Come stay with us in Naples and enjoy little our corner of paradise.
Our wonderous and luxurious vacation home is located within the beautifully maintained gated community of Briarwood in Naples. This is one of our most popular properties, and fills up quickly.
Its EXCELLENT location will make our wonderful 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with heated relaxing saltwater pool/spa home a perfect stay for your vacation. Our home has a spacious open floor plan with gorgeous tile floors designed to comfortably accommodate 8 guests (4 adults and 4 children, or 2 adults and 5 children), don't worry about bringing your furry family along, as we are pet friendly (with a fee), fully furnished to make this your home away from home including a full kitchen (for all your cooking needs) with a work desk (if you have to); living room with vaulted ceilings, a smart 65" flat-screen TV, DVD, and music center with sliding doors that open up to the lovely and enclosed private courtyard/lanai/pool/spa area.

A exquisite dining area with seating for eight. A sumptuous king-size bed in the fabulous Master Suite includes a large flat-screen TV and access to the pool and adjoining ensuite bathroom with his and her vanity, walk-in shower, and a lovely garden tub. Across the home is a lovely queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and (2) twin over twin bunk beds which sharing the second bathroom. The laundry room has a washer and dryer as well as the items you need to keep your vacation wardrobe clean. The courtyard/lanai is furnished with three super comfortable lounges, seating for 6 friends or family around the patio table, which is undercover, grill for BBQ, and is decorated with potted palms and wall hangings. Feel free to enjoy the outdoors in comfort while you are here. The lanai and pool are protected with working door monitors if the guests wish to have them.

Palms and manicured shrubs surrounding the lanai provide privacy at the pool.

Our Guests can also use the community tennis courts (which can be used for pickleball), sand volleyball court, basketball courts, playground and communal pools of the Briarwood community.

Another great month in Naples

This was my second year in Briarwood/first stay in this house. It was wonderful! The house is great - on a quiet cul-de-sac and the pool is fantastic. It gets sun most of the day and we took full advantage.The house is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. The hosts Keith and Beth are the best. I am looking forward to many more visits in the future.

Best vacation so far

This has been my family's best vacation so far. We have never visted Naples before but we will definitely be back! Such a nice area with plenty to see and do! This house and location exceeded our expectations! The pics do not do begin to showcase the house. We were relaxing and in heaven the whole time. The owners Keith and Beth are super nice people makeing sure we have a great experience from start to finish! Couldn't ask for more. Absolute 10/10 all the way!

Great Naples getaway

Keith's place was amazing and comfortable. Plenty of room and the pool and spa were excellent. Keith was very responsive and made us feel welcome in his home and in Naples. He was particularly great after a traumatic incident our family had, unrelated to the home, and even checked in on us after we left. I will definitely return.

Beautiful Vacation Home

Keith and Beth were absolutely amazing, communication was the best I’ve ever received and we’ve been using VRBO for over 10 years. The online pictures don’t do this beautiful home justice. The home itself was spotless when we arrived, and had everything you could possibly need at a rental .The pool area was clean , plenty of room for our group of 7 to swim . The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, which was fine by us . We visited Lowdermilk beach the most, its really pretty but parking can be tricky in the afternoon. The only bad thing that I can say is that I had to leave and come home, I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We have been coming down for the past few years, usually the first weeks of November. Beth and Keith were great hosts, showed up to make sure we were comfortable. The couple times we had questions they were answered immediately. Great location. Can get anywhere in 15 minutes or less. Great time

We had an excellent time at this property, it was everything we expected!!! The owners were very courteous and got back to us right away to answer any questions that we had. They greeted us the moment we were able to get in the house and settled. The property was very clean and organized. We absolutely enjoyed the house especially the backyard amenities such as the pool and hot tub. 4th of July Vacation

The home is in a beautiful gated community, very quiet. We never heard any of the neighbors. The home is laid out very well and is stocked with everything you need. Keith and Beth were amazing to work with from start to finish. We enjoyed the week and would rent this home again. Plenty of room for your family. The pool was used every day many times.

Perfect vacation home!

My wife and I stayed at this home and were not disappointed. It has everything you need, from beach chairs, to coolers, to beach towels, kitchen supplies, even access to the Netflix account. The owners thought of everything! The quiet Neighborhood was very nice and location to restaurants and beaches was very convenient! We would definitely recommend this house in Naples!!

A beautiful vacation home away from home

This is a beautifully appointed home in a lovely gated community with every convenience for comfort and relaxation, from the salt water pool and hot tub to the reclining sofa and home theater with super large screen TV. Located close to beaches and downtown Naples, it’s easy to get to all the best spots in town. The owners are welcoming and attentive to every need. We have been renting in Naples for several years, and this is our favorite rental so far!

Our goal is to have the best possible vacation rental home for your vacation. We have owned our home in the Briarwood Community since 2013 and have lived here since 2015. After moving here, we have fallen more in love with the Naples area, the weather is great, outdoor activities are endless and ease of access to anything we may want. My career before coming to Naples in the automotive industry has trained me the importance of detail, the need for high standards and quality, and the constant need to improve. I believe you will find those elements in your vacation rental home. But don't take our word for it, 70% of our business is from repeat guest or referrals.

Why they chose this property

It is a beautiful home, completely refurbished in the Fall of 2018 and has everything a family will need to enjoy a perfect vacation on the Florida Gulf Coast.

What makes this property unique

The home has an open floor plan with access to the pool just feet away from any bedrooms and living room. Spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet and large 4 piece bathroom and flat screen TV. The good size second and third bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances with granite countertops. New furniture and a 65" flat screen TV with cable make the living very comfortable and the central gathering spot for the family. The lanai enclosure was recently revised to give privacy to the pool and home.
