Why they chose this property
This property is located in my neighborhood and I've passed in numerous times on my way to exercise on the beach. Over the years it became rundown and abandoned. One day while walking a thought came to me "Why don't to buy this place and restore it". I purchased it and the rest is history
What makes this property unique
I had a back yard barbecue pit built which I hope my guests would love and fenced off a private area for them to enjoy and entertain.
