WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

RESORT FEES
- All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to 31st and April 11th to April 20th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.

Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.

Great View, Security and Location
View, Location, security, and amenities are all excellent with this property. Unit is dated, couch worn, bed worn, appliances including Hair dryer, coffee maker need replaced. Faucets, Plumbing fixtures and Shower ceiling need repaired/replaced. Silverware and other utensils were put away dirty. Remaining place was clean/clean sheets and towels. Unit has a great gulf view. Maybe because of time of booking - we felt we paid a 4 star price for a 3 star property.

Spur of the moment trip
Husband decided we were going to the beach and we had a week to get a place. This condo has great views and a large balcony. It is older but still had everything you'd need. Our only complaint would be that the furniture was not comfortable at all. The bed was good tho. We only had like 2 good days weather wise so we were inside way more than we wanted. It was clean and the staff was taking very good care of the building and grounds. We'd stay there again if we came back to the area.

Condo on the ocean- great resort property
This condo is very outdated. Bath fixtures are all corroded and disgusting. Lamp in bedroom was falling apart. The layout is great and the view is outstanding.

Pictures do not give this place the credit it deserves. Such a cute place decorated with absolutely adorable beach theme. The view is incredible. Private balcony. Location to amenities big plus. And your close to restraunts. Highly recommend this unit.

For the $/night charged, the property has several issues which the managers need to address: - creaking bed everytime one turns - extremely soft / old mattress - bathroom locks flimsy, jiggles, not sure if it locks - master room sink clogged - need spare sheets and blankets if more than 2 people are staying Paid five star prices, got 2 star service.

Perfect location with beautiful views. Nice pools. Safe gated parking with security guard. This condo was very clean. Comfortable bed. New looking appliances. The salt air is hard on the mirrors as they’re somewhat tarnished and the light switch and electrical outlets have a little rust starting on some of them. I will give it 4.5 stars. With a few cosmetic improvements it would be a 5. This unit has everything that you will need for a comfortable vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at Saida. The place was so clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The view we had was perfect from our room. The kitchen set up was great and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location, clean rooms & near the beach. Amenities are okay. Swimming pool for kids & adults. I suggest to replace the sofas cover every costumer due to body sweat.

Great time at Padre Island
Although the property needs updated, everything was very nice! The owner was very generous to supply the extras that we needed. The main problem was the lack of water pressure and hot water at times, but the magnificent view more than made up for it. I'd stay there again!

Perfect view of the ocean!
Very nice, clean and comfortable. However, the patio furniture was a little too rusted and should be replaced. Loved the landscaping around the building and the walk to ocean was pleasant as a result. One time the sprinklers were covering the walkway, not too good since we weren't ready to get wet yet. The check in process would have been much easier if the office had been located on site. Difficult to find but staff was helpful. Would love to return sometime!
