4 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo 2 Blocks from Beach and Boards

Welcome to our family’s newly updated beach condo! We are located 2 blocks from the beach & boardwalk, and a straight shot to the Wildwood Convention Center and Fox Park! Great for large groups and multiple families with kids -- also within walking distance to many great dining locations!

This condo offers 4 newly furnished bedrooms, 2 full baths, and can comfortably sleep 10. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, double vanity sinks, and walk-in shower, along with a king-size bed and large smart TV. The additional full bath includes a full-size tub. Each bedroom has its own smart TV, closet, and dresser. Laundry is located in the hall with a high-efficiency washer and dryer.

**You must bring your own sheets, towels, and linens. We DO NOT provide them, but they can be rented from local companies here in Wildwood.**

Our kitchen is open to the living/dining areas and is fully stocked with all kitchen essentials, new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, center island with seating, and tiled floors throughout the main living area. The living room includes a large smart TV, comfortable sectional, and foosball table. The condo is also WiFi ready and password is provided upon check-in.

The garage can accommodate two standard-sized vehicles front to back with an additional third parking space in the driveway. Directly across the street is a school with additional available parking if needed. The backyard has a concrete patio, large picnic table, grill, and enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water.

Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the condo.

*Off-season we try to be more flexible and accommodating with these times.

**2 Weeks Prior to your stay you will receive an email of our welcome packet with additional information about the condo and codes for the smart door-locks and garage.**

During the prime summer months (June, July, and August) - we do require full week (7 nights) Saturday to Saturday bookings. Otherwise, for all other stays, Convention Center events and Holidays the minimum stay is 2 nights. Off-season is flexible.

This is our family’s beach condo and we have put a lot of work into fixing it up and are continuing to improve upon each season - therefore we are very cautious about who we rent to. Families are preferred and we will not rent to individuals or groups under the age of 25.

Perfect Shore House

This shore house was perfect for our weekend stay it had four large bedrooms, the kitchen and living room had everything you needed. It was a short walk to the boardwalk and many restaurants. We We’re looking for a place for three couples and this place did not disappoint plenty of room for everyone loved that each bedroom had a queen or a king size bed will definitely stay here again. The owner Answered all questions we had quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Everything and more

We absolutely loved it there. It was a perfect place to stay for a Wrestling tournament at the Convention center, just a short walk and you are there. They literally had everything you could possibly need to make your stay as seamless as possible. We were able to make a nice dinner for some of the team and have a place to hang out and spread out… this was so much better than staying at a hotel. There isn’t much open in the winter in Wildwood so having the foosball table was definitely a plus. Everything was clean, nicely decorated, and the check in process was super easy. We will definitely stay here again if we have a tournament there. Thank you so much for allowing us to have such a great experience this weekend.

New Years Getaway

Perfect way to start the new year. The house was spotless and well appointed with everything you could need even during the off season. We had 9 guests and we never felt cramped. The owners were very accommodating to our check in and check out requests and answered any questions during the process on a timely matter. I would highly recommend this home for a family vacation or an off season retreat!! Thank you for opening your beautiful home to our family!!

Perfect clean modern beach location

It was everything we wished for and even better! Big living space with 4 bedrooms to accomodate us. Two bathrooms. A big garage and a lot of beach stuffs accessible for us to live a wonderful vacation. Location situated near everything, no need to take the car during the whole week. Near grocery, pharmacy, dollar store, liquor store… most importantly near the beach, the pier and parcs.

True family vacation

We had a wonderful stay in wildwood and the condo was everything and then some of what it said it would be, we had a great time enjoying family and having the space if we needed to have some down time which is important with a 21/2 year old. I would recommend Chads condo to anyone looking there were so many bikes, chairs, beach toys and all the necessities we needed inside as well.

Wildwood stay

The place was so spacious and very clean ! Close to walking to the boardwalk and beach . Chad answered all my questions promptly and was very kind . The only down side for us old folks were the beds were a little too soft . Otherwise we had a wonderful relaxing time .

Great house near the beach

The house met our needs perfectly. Plenty of space to gather together while having enough space to separate. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Well stocked. Very comfortable rental. Would highly recommend and hope to be back someday!

Fantastic Spring Break Trip

The house was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. There were many supplies already in the home ans plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. It felt very homey and we would absolutely stay here again. The owner was responsive and even allowed us to have a lete checkout. It was a wonderful long weekend away!

This was a clean property with everything updated in the house. Lots of room and easy access to everything Wildwood has to offer. All the extras (bikes, beach chairs, etc.) were a very nice bonus. Great job setting this place up!

Cozy Beach House

My family really enjoyed this home. The location was ideal. We were just blocks from the beach, grocery store, dollar stores, liquor stores, restaurants and a park. It only took minutes to get wherever we needed to go. The house was clean and modern. The bedrooms were cozy.

Wildwood weekend

We rented this property for a family weekend. The house was spacious, clean, centrally located and beautiful. It was supplied with everything we needed except linens (not an issue for as as we drove there). It is just a few blocks from the beach. Plenty of parking. Definitely would stay here again.

House rental

In general, we have good comments for the condo. It was very clean, well decorated, the air conditioning works very well. Lots of beach stuff to provide so less luggage to bring. The owner is available and responds quickly to questions and is accommodating since we were able to put our luggage in the garage while waiting for check in at 4 p.m. Only 2 downsides during our stay. We lost a beach day since the stove was not working and the owner is not local so we had to stay put waiting for the repairman. It's sad when we only rented for 7 days. The other unpleasant point is that the bbq had not been cleaned for a long time so there was a lot of food at the bottom which created big flames. It is also small for the number of people capacity for the condo. Other than that it's a great place!

Stay at a property in Wildwood

The property was immaculate and very spacious. A block and a half from the beach and boardwalk. All the amenities for the house and beach are included. The immediate area isn’t the nicest, but we encountered no problems during our stay.

Great place to stay!

The house was very clean and they supplied everything we needed. Paper towels hand soaps blow dryer etc. The owner is quick to respond to questions and would definitely stay there again. Also We loved the way it was decorated very beachy.

Wildwood Weekend
