Located on the 4th floor, this spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom residence is perfect for couples, families or a gathering of friends. With both a king size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa you can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults. The sizable bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower and double vanity sinks.

Walk downtown for dinner or stay in to create your own dining experience with a full range of new stainless steel appliances and cookware. Add sunset mountain views to your experience from our western facing balcony.


This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).

Downtown Asheville

Within a 7-10 minute walk to ALL the fun in downtown Asheville. Loved the location and the convenient Poke restaurant on the street level was delicious and super convenient! The bus stop (across from the building) had some colorful folks hanging around, but nobody bothered anyone, as per other reviews. Excellent instructions for check in/check out. Only tiny thought would be to replace the living room rug; the rest of the place is gorgeous and in perfect order. We would love to return and rent this lovely spot again!

Good Condo Experience

Really enjoyed the privacy with code locks and multiple layers of security. Having a private parking spot a major plus. It was relatively quiet with only some mild outside disturbance one evening. Will plan to stay again.

Great rental but…

The unit is clean, modern, and the bed is comfortable. It is nicely furnished too. The location is not great. Asheville has a homeless problem and they seem to gather at the bus station, which is across the street. For the most part not a problem, but a few times we were followed far too long & made it uncomfortable.

Great location but lots of homeless people on the streets!

Well appointed, very clean, comfy bed, nice kitchen, but limited tv channels, super hard sofa and too dangerous to walk in the area at night.

Great space near downtown

Great location, all you need

This location was great for a weekend around Asheville. Close to downtown and south slope for all your tourist needs. Parking garage was great for a car to be tucked away. Apartment had all the basics too. We never cooked in the kitchen but the supplies looked fully stocked. The only critique is the living room furniture wasn't comfortable for long relaxation time but we were hardly there so it didn’t matter to us.

Asheville weekend

The property was easy to get into to and the codes were accurate. We liked the walkability to all things that we needed in Asheville. We only used our vehicle a couple times. We also liked the quiet of the property.

Sketchy location

The condo was overall ok. The living room rug had certainly seen better days but the rest of it was clean. There wasn’t an iron but that was the only thing we were lacking. Building was good location for walking however it was right by the bus station complete with homeless and vagrant . Individuals. Also,, we couldn’t open windows at night due to sirens, reving engines, etc.

Great condo!!!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay!! Condo had everything we needed. Easy access into garage and room. Everything was clean. Easy walk to downtown, but wasn’t crazy about the bus terminal across the street.

Awesome time! Very nice, clean, quiet apartment. Easily accessible and the location is perfect for everything! From Food to entertainment to Biltmore Estate, our visit was worth every minute!

Perfect weekend getaway!

The condo was awesome! Looked exactly like the pictures and had what we needed to enjoy our stay. The pullout couch was a great bonus! We were within a 5-15 min walk of EVERYTHING downtown. The building is located directly across from the public bus station so there tend to be random people coming and going, but the building is VERY secure. You have an enclosed parking garage and a dedicated parking spot so we felt very safe. Would not hesitate to book again.

October 2023 Review

Nice property convenient to downtown. Living room furniture could be more comfortable We booked in mid-August for our mid-October stay and paid 150% of the price quoted closer to our arrival. This may be "dynamic pricing" but it does not lead to guests returning.

Perfect location and accommodations

I Would recommend staying here to anyone. Very easy to find and check in process was very easy too. Great location downtown. We walked to restaurants and a bunch of breweries and didn’t have to worry about driving and parking anywhere. Easy access out of the city to the mountains as well. Very clean and exactly as described. Highly recommend.
