Perfect for kids, adults, and adults who are children at heart!
The house is set up for perfectly for two families with kids. There are two 'adult' bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, and two 'kids' bedrooms that share a third bathroom. One of those bedrooms has a bunk-bed, and the other has a twin bed and a crib. And the outdoor shower is great for persons of all sizes!
There are toys galore and cute little beach chairs. And baby-friendly stuff too, with changing table, high-chair, diaper genie, etc.
The sunny, grassy backyard it great for laying out, playing, and running through the sprinklers.
The house itself is modern and very spacious. All if the appliances are new and there is central AC.
Guests get use the beautiful Seaview playground and kids' pool.
