Wonderful get away

My sister lives in Cookeville. So I came to visit for her birthday. Such a relaxing visit the rental was very clean very comfortable and very well stocked with a few little: if you forgot- here’s one. A very nice touch. Would recommend and will book again. Pool in back of stay, looked nice. A little cool weather wise for me. But liked inviting!

Great location and cozy!

This rental was perfect for a quick stay for me and a friend! It's a quick, easy drive to Cookeville, but far enough away to be quiet and a bit secluded. The owner was very responsive in communication as well. We had a great stay!

First vacation in 20 years!

The home was in a beautiful, quiet location. Outside the city limits but less than 20 minutes from anywhere I wanted to go. Gas station and Dollar General just up the street. I found a wonderful church that welcomed me to their services just a block away. Everything I needed for my stay was provided. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great back yard too. Couldn't have asked for more.

Home away from home

We enjoyed Pine River Cabin during out brief stay in Cookeville. The hosts thought of everything we might need (except for kleenex but we brought that with us). We didn't cook here because we are exploring the areas restaurants to see what is offered. We are considering moving to this area so this was a good home base for exploration. Thanks!

Home Sweet Home

Property is easy to find, conveniently located to the highway and restaurants. The unit was comfortable and relaxing. The bed was warm and comfy. I loved the washer and dryer I was able to get our laundry done rather than having to do it when I got home. The host was very thoughtful and checked in with us to see how our stay was going.

Close to town but not in Cookeville

Close to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores but far enough out of town to still be quiet at night. 3rd year we have stayed and planning on going back next year. Host is very nice and right there if you need her. We have no complaints at all.

Exactly what we needed!

The cottage was cute, very clean and in the perfect location between Nashville and Knoxville. We also found the town of Cookeville to be a pleasant surprise from the local coffee shops, bookstore to the boutiques. Loved our stay!

Amazing!!

The VRBO was off the road in a quiet area of the property. It was very well stocked and clean. The property owner was wonderful with info about the area and places to go. I truly cannot say enough about this listing!! Highly recommend!!!

Great experience

The space was charming and cozy. The bed was very comfortable! Only complaint I have is that it was hard to find (directions need to be updated). The owner answered promptly when I called for clarification and communicated well.

Awsome Cottage for our stay in Cookeville

Great hosts, fast to relay a message, great owners, great area to stay, outside of town, great cottage 2nd year in a row. Everything you could need and it’s out if town, great pool and patio. Feels like home.

Cookeville getaway

Nice property in a good location for what we were needing. Perfect for a relaxing, long weekend getaway. It was fairly secluded where located but close to civilization when we needed it. Property was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Thanks!

Great place to stay

Loved the place! Clean and private. The bed is super comfortable. My hubby can’t usually sleep at night but on this bed he did. Soooo happy! Plus we rode our mountain bikes through the park that is 2 miles from the rental. The place felt comfy with a super splash of luxury. 😉👍

Pine River Cottage

This is a cute and quiet property just a few minutes away from downtown Cookeville. Wifi was excellent for two of us to work remotely.

Great location and place!

The actual place is secluded and you have lots of privacy to yourself! This place was perfect as it was far enough from the city to have your own space, but close enough to everything my partner and I wanted to do 🙂 It was clean and the host made sure our stay was comfortable. Thanks again!

Great place to stay and enjoy Tennesse.

My wife and I were celebrating our 47th wedding anniversary. The hostess had cupcakes and wine for us on our arrival. The cottage was spotless clean. We would certainly stay here again if we are back that way.

Quiet retreat!

Such a cute little property. You feel like you’re in the country, but you’re just minutes from Cookeville. We even stayed in one night and we were close enough for Uber Eats delivery. Highly recommend.

Cookeville gem

We loved this gem and will definitely be revisiting. So close to the restaurants but not right in town. Plenty of space, hot water and good water pressure for showers.

Pine river Cottage

Excellent quaint cottage , quiet setting, very clean, everything you need was there, it was like we were home, pool was very nice to relax in, bbq grill, beach chairs, patio table and chairs. Laundry room, 1 bedroom very comfortable, large living room, dinning room, kitchen very clean, everything needed was there. Gracious host, very helpful and very friendly. This was our nicest place to stay and feel at home. Truly a gem. Looking forward to renting next year. Thank you Lindsay😍.
