The PALMS HOUSE is new and has 3 bedrooms, with 3 full bathrooms.

The living area (living room/Dining room) has an array of large windows overlooking a beautiful garden and pool with bay view which brings you all the natural light that you need inside the house. A pure delight!

You can also enjoy a nice quiet evening around the HEATED pool while enjoying the view of the bay. Relax around the outside dining table while you cook your favorite meat on the BBQ.

The PALMS HOUSE has a small dock which is perfect for sight seeing, getting on a kayak or a paddle board. You might also get lucky and spot a few dolphins!

Waterfront retreat

Maybe this home doesn't have amazing curb appeal, but once you enter you find a beautifully redone, waterfront oasis with everything you need for a lovely vacation. The kitchen has all the gadgets you need, the open floor plan opens onto a nice pool and cabana and you have your own dock for sitting or launching a kayak or paddle board. And Gael, the property manager was very responsive and answered any question we had right away. My family loved staying here.

Todo perfecto!!!!

La casa es simplemente perfecta. Es prácticamente renovada a nueva!!! Tiene todo y más para pasar una linda estancia. Cocina, baños, camas, todo amplio y lindo!!!! La piscina es enorme!!!! El canal muy tranquilo! Se puede meter uno hacer pádel. La casa tiene una tabla! Todas las habitaciones tienen smart tv, más el living. El wiffi exelente! Volvería el año siguiente!

Trip!

Spacious home and lovely indoor and outdoor entertainment areas. Loved being able to go out to the water for coffee each morning, I even saw a sea turtle. Very quiet neighborhood, close to the hustle and bustle. Great restaurants nearby and a Whole Foods. The pool was perfect. Clean and warm!

Will not disappoint

This property was just as described and looked in the photos. The property is extremely well provisioned and the decor is wonderful, but this property is all about the back yard. The pool and water view is spectacular. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful house and fantastic location

We had a wonderful week in Miami and the house made the trip even more memorable. The house is very comfortable and beautifully appointed with plenty of room for us and our two kids. The highlight is the pool and outdoor space where we spent hours and hours every day swimming, eating all our meals under the palapa hut, lounging and reading in the sun, paddleboarding owing the board at the house and having evening cocktails on the dock as we watched the sun set over the water. The location cannot be better: quiet neighborhood, 10-15 mins walking to a beautiful and quiet section of Miami Beach away from all the high-rises and hotels that are further south and north. It’s only a 20-30 minute walk along the boardwalk/beach to get to the restaurants around 72nd street with lots of cuisines to choose from and the two large Publix grocery stores are also within about 10-15 blocks. Gael, the property manager, was very responsive both before and during our trip. We will be staying here for sure the next time we come to Miami!

Great Place to Stay!

Check -in to Check-out was easy and contactless. The property is located a short 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 minutes from everything Miami has to offer in a car! The property is exactly as advertised. The backyard is a great private oasis. We were impressed at how well the cabinets were stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!

Miami Beach Paradise

Wow! I was so impressed with this house! The cleanliness! The updated and well thought out technology (great wi-fi, apple TV in every room, etc)! And of course, the breathtaking backyard that is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. I would recommend this house to anyone without hesitation. Gael was amazing; immediately responding to my questions and even pulling out the trash for collection when I forgot to. We will definitely be staying here again.

Absolutely Wow

Due to booking issue, we were forced to change rental location on the fly. With help of VRBO, Property Manager, and some flexibility, what could have been a total nightmare, in my opinion, definitely turned into one of our best all time vacations, even in the time of Covid and oddity that has become 2020. To start, this property is absolutely as advertised. Great private drive to suit a couple vehicles where parking is at a premium. Well appointed space. Three bedrooms and baths well spaced for privacy with adult children. Large open living area for chilling during the 105 and 109 degree days. Beautiful dining area and great kitchen which we used 8 of 10 days thanks to Covid (bring your own spices). Lots of kitchenware and settings available. Dog park (dog approved for sure) and beach (which we did not enjoy with face mask requirement in such crazy heat!!) just 3 short blocks away. Amazing beautiful and functional outdoor setting (Astro turf does get hot but walking on pool coping or shoes resolves during heat of day) which clinched deal and allowed for separation and peace while self sequestered thanks to Covid spike during our stay. Covered seated area with large dining/sitting area and also rocking chair sitting to get some shade. 6 lounge chairs positioned to catch sun dawn to dusk. Beautiful pool (lil warm for me but kids loved) for day and night swim which was used non-stop. Dock on inlet with very nice sitting area to enjoy sunrise or sunset breezes definitely allows for peaceful areas away. And to top it off, property manager, Gael was amazing! Diamond service. We had issue with hot water on first day. Gael was there in 7 minutes (really, as someone in hospitality, that kind of attention is reserved for concierge service). Gael also offered and brought his personal paddle board for us to use on the inlet (as warm as the pool) along with routes to travel. Been using VRBO for many, many years and Gael is without doubt, absolutely the best!!! We even got to go deep sea fishing with slip just 10 minutes away. Our number one question from friends was - what resort are you staying?? 🙌. And honestly, we felt like we were as we thoroughly enjoyed the beauty of this property and hanging out together as a family without feeling closeted in during these weird world times. An excellent choice! Can’t wait to come back when Miami is fully open again!!! Gael, many many thanks 😊

Fabulous house on the intercoastal!

This is a lovely house exactly as depicted in the photos. 3 nice sized bedrooms and three lovely bathrooms. Kitchen is well appointed. The pool and outside area is terrific! Gael couldn't have been more responsive. He met us at the house for check in and answered all our questions! We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful for family vacation

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our kids and another family. The pool and proximity to the beach were great for keeping little ones entertained. The house had everything we needed.
