Stay in Hudson was all we hoped for, house made all the difference. Location is ideal, cozy and clean, spacious, had everything we needed. Cant recommend this property enough.
My best friend and I were going to go to Ashville but had to pivot due to a hurricane hitting that area. Was able to find this house at the last minute, it was cute and communication with the owner was easy.
Two friends and I enjoyed our stay at this home in Hudson,NY. The house had everything we needed, was comfortable and esp convenient. The house is right downtown so close to lots of great eateries and a short drive to walking trails and local sites.
Great house to stay, in very short proximity to all the goings on in Hudson - comfortably fit 5 of us, 1 large master and 2 decent sized bedrooms; the outdoor space is wonderful; all amenities were there! Could use individual window/room ac's for hot summer nights, the one there does not cool the whole second floor but certainly helps! Would certainly stay again.
Although the inside(downstairs) was cute and cozy the front steps and railing had a lot of wood rot and were wobbly. Tv did not work according to directions I was given. We just slept there while visiting relatives. Poison Ivy on back patio.
Overall a good experience. The primary problem was that it was advertised as being "air conditioned" but there was only one AC unit in the hallway upstairs, which did not produce enough cool to travel into the bedrooms or downstairs. At night, we used the fans provided and kept the windows open, but it was still uncomfortably hot and a large amount of cigarette smoke came in through the windows (no one in our party smokes, so this must have been from one of the neighbors). On the bright side, the host was communicative and flexible/accommodating of our very last-minute request for a late checkout.
We were two couples and loved every minute of our stay in Wes's house. Prior and during stay communication with him was very easy, the house was spotless and beautiful, Hudson is such a charming town. I'd recommend it to everyone.
This Hudson house is a gem. It is in a great location and an easy walk to Warren Street where the action happens in Hudson—a charming town! We were there at see the peak of blossoms in the garden which is just beautiful. Wes (the property owner/manager) was terrific. We would return to this property in a heartbeat!

A gem of a house and a wonderful host!
This beautiful home was fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Our family of four was able to stay for a weekend and would definitely return. It is well situated so we were able to walk to Warren Street and enjoy all the restaurants, bars and antique stores. We appreciated the comfortable beds, the beautiful wood floors, and the washer and dryer. The kitchen offered everything we needed to make meals. The backyard courtyard would be beautiful for summer dining. The best part of this experience was our wonderful host Wesley. He was very helpful with suggestions and any inquires. This made our trip stress free. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
