This stylish welcoming home is pet friendly, sleeps 10, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas ( both with Tvs ) and a tranquil 7 x 3.5mt pool awaiting you at this tropical holiday home in Golden Beach Caloundra. A new fence encloses the front of the property so you can bring your boat or jet skis and car which will be off street and secure.

This beautiful tropical home has modern state of the art appliances including Netflix & Wifi, a Coffee station with an Aldi Expressi Coffee machine, milk frother and pods to enjoy, and all the kitchen amenities of home. With 3 bedrooms, this home has some outstanding features including a luxurious open double shower in the master bathroom, high architectural ceilings with an abundance of natural light, large entertainment deck with cooling breezeways.

Located just a short few minutes stroll to Golden Beach and the protected waterways off the Pumicestone Passage, this house is positioned in a quiet but convenient area close to shops, cafes and playgrounds.

This home is pet friendly so you can bring along the whole family, friends and entertain on the spacious uncover deck or down by the pool. This home will sleep up to 10 and there is a porta cot and high chair if you require. There is also the Shack beach wagon to take your gear to the beach, as well as beach chairs, pool toys, beach umbrellla, pool floaties, boogie boards, inflatable paddle board and fishing gear.

Lovely but air conditioning needed
The property was lovely, well decorated in a beach theme. The weather was warm and humid and with only one air conditioner in the main bedroom and on air conditioner in the entry foyer we felt as though we were baking in the house. I’d recommend the owners invest in 3 more units, 2 for the bedrooms and one for the open plan living dining area. Also look at changing where the unit is currently mounted as the compressor under the floorboards kicks in at night keeping those in the main bedroom awake. Plenary of cooking items and no need to take anything with you as it’s all supplies. Linen hire from the agent was a great option too.

This is the first time we decided as a family to spend Christmas away from home. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect home to spend Christmas in. The home was spacious and beautifully presented with everything you could want in a holiday away.

2nd time here we will be back!
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Hume St. The house is spacious with everything catered for you just need bring linen & towels. Our stay was perfect except for the weather however we still had a great time. Only improvement would be having a second fan or installing aircon in the living area upstairs for those extra hot days with no breeze but otherwise the house was perfect. Shops and restaurants are in very close proximity as well as the beach and causeway for walking. The location of the house is also great as it is located on a very quiet street. We will be back.

Great getaway
We had a great stay at 22Hume street. The property is located in a very quiet street located really close to all shops, food places, restaurants etc. The house was extremely tidy and well kept and beautifully furnished throughout. There was everything provided cutlery, crockery, panty was also well stocked with spices etc. Although the weather wasn’t the very best and we didn’t go in the pool, the pool was clean and tidy. We will be recommending this property to our family and friends and also for your next stay in Caloundra (Golden Beach) you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely no complaints. Beautiful home. Decorated beautifully and with attention to detail. The owners have thought of everything from toys for the kids, beach equipment and a kitchen full of utensils. The location was an easy 5 min stroll to the waterfront and a 10min stroll to all the major shops. Our family of Mum, dad and a 2 and 4 year old loved every minute. Didn’t want to go home!

So roomy and so well equiped
Words cannot describe how wonderful this property is. We stayed over Christmas with our 2 adult children and their partners and we all were totally taken by this house. With two separate living areas and the pool on one side of the house and a large deck on the other there was plenty of space for everyone. The amount of kitchen crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment provided etc is amazing. Also there is an oversupply of games, puzzles and books. There was plenty of off street parking for 3 cars and a boat. These photos have not been photo shopped and if anything the actual property is even better that it looks in the photos. The pool is in a position that gets sun most of the day and the street is very quiet but handy to the calmer waters of Golden Beach. We have stayed in a lot of rented accommodation over the years and this is by far the best ever.

Beautiful home, lovely peaceful holiday
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home and feel sad to leave. It has been newly renovated and it's very obvious that the owners have gone to great effort to ensure every detail is taken care of. It is a large, long 3 bedroom home that is immaculately presented and is big enough to give everyone space and privacy. It looks just like the pictures, but bigger than we expected. When the weather is warm enough, the pool is a lovely added extra (a bit cold during our stay). Everything is new, including the coffee machine. The owners have left little boxes in case you forget any toiletries etc which we greatly appreciated. It is an older neighbourhood, but close to lots of shops and beaches. Security is great with a locks and screen doors on everything. Beds are super comfy with brand new duvets and covers etc. we would 100% recommend staying in this beautiful house and would love to return!
