Timber flooring throughout, new kitchen with dishwasher & microwave. Flat screen TV & DVD plus air-conditioning.
The property also features extra cabin style accommodation at the rear which is a great space for the kids or weekend visitors. Air conditioned with a double bed, kitchenette, a TV and pool table. The undercover BBQ area is at the front of the cabin. The grassy rear yard is fully fenced.
