Perfect and comfortable spot!

One of those rare occasions where you show up to a rental property and it is actually nicer than the pictures and.description. Very clean, comfortable and easy to get to from the Stagecoach Festival. Only complaint was that the nearby pools were not cleaned I know there was a lot of wind when we arrived, but 1 day is one thing, 3 days, no bueno.

Wonderful Location

Beautiful place and view

We took a long weekend to get out of the cold and golf in the sun. This place worked out perfect for the six of us. The place is immaculate and the view is gorgeous with the water and mountains in the background. I was a little nervous about getting into the gated community but we did not have any trouble. I would definitely stay here again.

Palm Springs November getaway

We enjoyed a fabulous week in Palm Spring and would truly recommend this unit at PGA west. The Condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The area is close to everything we needed. Thank you for a great place to live for a week!

Renters beware!

We are giving one star for being excessively fined. After departure, the property manager said we left a heat stain made by a hot cup on the dining table. When we responded back to the initial claim, they said they would get back to me with an assessment. However, I did not hear back after a few days and reached out to them to find out that they charged my credit card $300 fee without consent. The stain is most likely a water ring from a cup condensation. It's a light white faint ring. I know this because I also own a wood table and it can at times leave behind a water ring that does goes away. This is just general wear and tear of a wood table. If water stains are that important to the owner, they should've left coasters on the table to be utilized by guests. They should also make a note to mention that in the handbook. The function of a table is to serve as a dining area in which tableware will be used. Do not penalize guests for using a table for its stated function. The fine is an excessive - $300! I did a google search for – how to remove water stains on wood – and you can literally buy a spray for $6 online, on top of the endless lists of “how to’s” available. I respect and honor the rental arrangement; but it’s a business arrangement that goes both ways. We are renting this place to be respectfully used; this isn’t a glass house to tip toe around in and any issues related to it should be communicated in an open and honest way. Also, there were ants in the kitchen and bathrooms, no blinds in the living room giving no privacy to guests and we had to pull the recycling/trash bins to the curb for them.

Perfect property for a family getaway!

We traveled to LaQuinta with our family and the process, property, and overall experience was great. The interior of the property was clean and updated. It was much larger than we expected too!! Which was lovely. The back patio was serene with beautiful views. Great for morning coffee/tea. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the welcome bottle of wine was a great personal touch!!

Girls trip

Everything was beautiful easy checking and checkout. Our only suggestion would be some kind of shade on the slider. The sun comes in very hot in the afternoon. And also provide instructions for the tv remote. Other than that it was wonderful and would stay there again.

LaQuinta Golf Stay

The property has been nicely updated with attractive practical furnishings for a rental. The view over the lake to the mountains is very appealing. There are several improvements that would make the property even better. The lighting at night in the living room is totally inadequate for reading anything other than a lighted device. Add a floor lamp & 2 better table lamps & the issue would be solved. While the kitchen is quite well equipped, it is missing cutting boards, except for 1 very small worn meat carving platter. Some coasters would also help to protect furnishings & the glass top coffee table. The BBQ was best we have ever had in a rental. Cudos for cleanliness of the BBQ.

Birthday Celebration

We reserved this home in La Quinta to celebrate our son-in-law's 30th birthday. He is an avid golfer and was excited to play golf at the nearby PGA West Stadium course and the Classic Club. This Tanglewood home was in very close proximity to our golf but was also ideal in so many other ways. The view of the duck-filled pond nestled up against the mountains was beautiful both at night and during the day. The home was perfect size for the four of us with an inviting living room and warm fire at night. With in-room and outdoor dining closed at all restaurants, we dined in every night and found everything we needed to barbecue my famous Bobby Flay pimento burgers one night and short-rib ragu pappardelle the other. All in all, a great trip. We can't wait to return. Gary and Cathy of Visalia.

Beautiful PFA West condo overlooking the lake

The condo was PERFECT!! Newly renovated and very clean with everything you’d need! Well-appointed kitchen, great comfortable beds and a view of the lake to boot! Our group could not have been happier!!
