Greg and Maryann’s place was absolutely perfect. The quiet ground floor unit with large patio was great.
A spacious well stocked home with lots of beach toys. We loved the location, only a short walk to shops, beach, pub.
We appreciated the late checkout, mahalo Maryann.

Great location, wonderful amenities!
This is our 4th time to the Big Island and this is by far our best rental! I would recommend this rental in a heartbeat! Quiet, clean, and a great location! From booking to check out, this rental was seamless. Can't wait to book our next stay on the Big Island at this facility.

Feels like home
From the moment we walked into this beautifully updated condo we felt at home!
This condo had comfortable beds and furniture both inside and out. We particularly enjoyed starting each morning with our freshly ground coffee outside on the patio watching the island come to life. Every morning after coffee my wife and I would take the short minute walk over to the tennis courts, of course we tried being courteous neighbors by observing the published quite hours, and hit for awhile to get our blood pumping.
Just like all real estate the rule is location, location, location. The Shores at Waikoloa is in a spectacularly beautiful setting. The Waikoloa area is a self contained community offering almost everything a guest could ask for with a nice small market for your grocery needs to plentiful dining options for every budget. Don't forget to visit the beautiful Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay) beach just a short 12 minute or so scenic walk away from your condo or take your rental car to the relatively large parking lot with the cooler, beach chairs and towels that are included in the condo.
We look forward to our next get away to The Big Island and staying at this condo which is offered for our enjoyment by Very responsive and available owners. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your Great condo!

Great Time!
We really enjoyed our time in Hawaii and the condo worked out perfectly. It had pretty much everything we needed. We were there for 9 nights and it flew by. The sunsets were awesome, the grounds are well maintained and the pool was a delight. Loved the shower in the master bath and being on the ground floor, the lanai area was huge. Thank you Greg and Maryann for letting us share your home. If we had any suggestions, it would be to have a couple of bar stools at the counter. We would definitely recommend staying here and hopefully will do so again in the future.

just ok
We have stayed at the Shores before and it is a very nice condo complex. This condo was
ok. There were several things that needed fixing and should be addressed.
The patio slider screen door comes off the tracks and it appears that its been doing that
for along time. Its an essential part of airflow in the condo and needs to be fixed.
The blinds in the second bedroom can't be drawn. It makes it very dark back there.
The furniture is marginal for comfort and for quantity, if you have 4 people staying in the condo. Another chair would have been nice.
The kitchen is very dated and needs a good cleaning and/or updated.
I can't believe that there is no exhaust fan over the cook top in this unit. We cook a lot on our vacations and without a fan all of the odors and vapors stayed in the kitchen.
All in all it was ok.

Great Location But
Great location but condo a little dated. No kettle, wine opener or dish towels which are small items but makes your stay more comfortable. The area is fabulous for golfing and sightseeing. The beds are not very comfortable but again a personal preference. A decent stay for a short period of time. Thanks
