About this property

Completely remodeled in 2015, 2 BD/2 BA two story unit; steps from Lake Dillon, bike paths, Dillon Amphitheater, local restaurants and Marina. Mountain and lake views. One block from FREE Summit Stage bus stop, servicing A-basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper ski areas and towns of Frisco and Silverthorne. Open second level living, dining, kitchen great room with fireplace, deck and floor to ceiling glass with panoramic mountain views. Ample parking at your door.

TVs in living room and master bedroom. Free cable and internet. Master bedroom is furnished with queen bed, private bath and deck. Second bedroom has captains bunk (full on bottom, twin on top) with full bathroom in hallway.

Dillon is a historic, town close to several Summit county ski areas for winter enjoyment. The summer offers boating, bicycling, fishing, hiking, farmers market and concerts at the Dillon amphitheater. There are several excellent restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. A walking/bicycling path along Dillon Reservoir is steps from the condo. We are ~2 miles from the Silverthorne rec center which has an Olympic size pool, kids water park, hot tubs and fitness equipment. The Silverthorne Outlet Mall is in the same vicinity.

Anniversary Getaway

Perfect for us

We really enjoyed the condo for our short skiing trip. Perfect size for us and we appreciated the comfy living room and dining area to hang out. The fully stocked kitchen and other amenities (dishwasher, laundry, patio) made it such a convenient base for our downtime. We almost got the grand canyon puzzle finished! Thanks.

Spacious townhouse

The unit was very comfortable with a great kitchen open to dining and living area. Updated and well stocked kitchen. Very clean and well organized unit with everything that you need. Great location for skiing and dining in area. We had a snow storm and the parking area and walkways were cleared in timely manner. Enjoyed our stay!

Great location!

We just wrapped up our 3rd year in a row, staying at N1. Close to the rec path and minutes to anything you want to drive to. Inside N1 the windows allow you to see the weather coming and frame the mountains that surround your view.

Fun in the mountains

Very nice and remodeled unit. Just as it was described and we enjoyed all the local events. Marina, amphitheater, kayaking, music and site seeing. Cooler weather than Denver!

Awesome location!!

Had the best time at Mary’s condo with a group of friends. Great walking distance to amphitheater and restaurants. The living space was super stylish and spacious. Kitchen was fully stocked to make meals. Highly recommend!! Thanks Mary !!

Perfect spot for a long ski vacation

Great views of the mountains, close to everything in Dillon, 2 story condo with all amenities. Easy to access the frozen lake or pick up groceries in town. Cozy living room for family to hang out. Great communication with the owner. Highly recommended!

Great place for seeing shows at Dillon Amphitheater

We really enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms are on the entry level and the kitchen/living room is upstairs with a deck that provides a partial view of the reservoir. We enjoyed the short walks to restaurants and the amphitheater. The place was clean upon arrival and we would definitely stay here again.

Carpet was filthy. Half of the light bulbs in the condo are burnt out. A good sign of little quality control, is when simple things like light bulbs are not replaced.

Excellent vacation - 5-Star - Upgraded Everything!

Lots of extra thought went into making the place special for the guests. Dishwasher was silent! Upgraded appliances (stove, dishwasher, appliances). Pots, Pans, skillets, silverware, extra coffee cups, glassware. The towels were super fluffy and like a 5-star hotel towel. Upgraded and eco friendly bath soaps, shampoo/conditioner bottles, hand soap, etc. Even the garbage bags were recycle friendly! Washer and Dryer were excellent. Laundry soap provided too. Felt like home. We wanted for nothing. I also loved the upgraded blinds that were retractable to go up or could go from the top down. Safe area. Close to everything that you love about Colorado, lots of places within walking distance. The property was clean, fresh and welcoming. Felt like home. Peaceful.

Sweet townhouse in the mountains!

We stayed at Mary's place for several months over the winter, and it was a fantastic stay and place. We will definitely be back soon.

Great Location Lots of Space

Less than 15 minutes to Keystone plus access to great walking paths around the lake. Many restaurants within a short drive and even a few you can walk to. Large grocery also close and fully equipped kitchen. Pictures are accurate- upstairs has a spacious living room and modern kitchen with great light from windows. Area for skis and boards in lower level and hot showers with good water pressure. Check in was easy and host was very responsive.
