This first floor 1 bedroom, 700 sf, 1.5 bathroom Lodge Villa is located in Lodge IV at beautiful Ocean Creek Resort. I have found Lodge IV to be the most peaceful lodge in Ocean Creek since Lodge IV is not situated beside any other condos. The resort has 24/7 gated security and is nicely landscaped. This approximately 700 sf unit includes a queen size bed, all new furniture and appliances in 2021. The Living Room has a new 60" LCD television installed in June 2020. The bedroom includes a 43” HDR 4K Roku wall mounted TV. The view from the screened porch includes a pool view along with trees that are located throughout this 57 acre resort. The screened porch is an excellent place to soak in the evening sunshine.

The beach is a short walk via the concrete walkways (approximately five to seven minute walk). A tram runs throughout the resort during beach season for those who would rather ride to the beach. The resort includes multiple outdoor pools, an indoor pool, tennis courts, small putting green, very small fitness center, Four Seasons restaurant and a Beach bar and grill. I will provide renters with combination to my beach locker which includes beach chairs and an umbrella. Myrtle Beach is known for its many golf courses, shopping and restaurants and Ocean Creek is close to it all.

The owner/family personally cleans and maintains this unit ensuring guest of having a clean condo for their vacation. Weekly rentals available all year.

This unit is perfect for couples. MAX OCCUPANCY IS TWO GUEST, no exceptions. The great thing about VRBO/HomeAway is you can see the actual property you will be staying in rather than not knowing what your property will look like until check-in.

For bookings of 90 days or longer, no tax will be due. I will have to adjust this manually to remove the taxes from your booking.

Excellent condo

This condo was absolutely perfect for me and my husband. It’s the perfect size and it was super clean. We’ve stayed at OC multiple times and have always been pleased (hence why we are return guests), but no condo we’ve rented in the past has compared to this one. You don’t have to bring anything but your suitcase. Charles supplies everything else you would need to enjoy your vacation. We will definitely be renting this one again!

My husband and I just returned from our trip and we loved it! The condo was extremely clean and the extra amenities were a pleasant surprise. We were not sure what to expect due to Covid but the beaches were still open and there was plenty of space for everyone to keep a safe distance. Home away from home!

Mr. Smiths condo was perfect. We did not want for a thing. Very clean with a great kitchen and just the right size for us. Pool was right outside and we had a short walk to the beach. If walking is not your thing the property has golf carts to take you to the beach and will take you back when you are ready. Eateries are many and close by. We had a very relaxing and fun time. Recommend it highly.

FINE PLACE TO STAY WITH A GREAT OWNER

WE STAYED DEC 17 TILL APRIL 4th 18 CHARLES SMITH WAS RESPONSIVE WHENEVER I CONTACTED HIM. THE CONDO WAS NOT THE USUAL 2 BEDROOM THAT WE USUALLY RENTED , HOWEVER WE ADJUSTED. THE UNIT WAS NEAT CLEAN AND WELL SUPPLIES WITH LINENS AND CLEANING SUPPLIES AS WELL AS A CASE OF WATER. THE UNIT COULD USE A TWO COMFORTABLE CHAIRS FOR TV WATCHING. THE COUCH WAS OK BUT NOT TOO COMFORTABLE. REMEMBER WE STAYED 3 + MONTHS NOT A WEEK OR WEEK END. WE LIVED THERE. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND BOOKED FOR NEXT WINTER.

I can't say enough about Charles, the owner. Very responsive to all requests. I brought lots of things that you usually don't find in a rental and it turns out everything was there already. Very clean and well kept unit.

Exceeded my expectations!!!

I have been going to Myrtle for over 12 years, and I can say this was the best experience of any condo I have ever rented! Clean, modern, well stocked with EVERYTHING you could think of! Great communication with owner! The only disappointing thing was the week went by too quick and it was time to go. I will definitely be returning soon. The only thing you need to bring are clothes and a few grocies. Charles has everything else you need

Great host and property. Condo was clean and close to the pool. Beach is a short walk or you can take the free tram. Charles has provided everything you needed. Just bring your clothes and a few groceries. Literally can walk to Barefoot landing as well as Cracker Barrel. Charles has beach chairs and umbrellas located in a private locker at the beach. plenty if room for my wife and I. Ocean Creek is a great central location as it is minutes from Tanger outlets and about 10 minutes from Broadway at the Beach. You will not be disappointed in this condo. its location, and all of the ammenties Charles offers.

Very Clean and COZY

Spent the winter months at this condo.....We felt very comfortable and at home . The "park like" property made us feel like we were in a neighborhood.... NOT a complex with housing! The best part was the owner.... Always willing to help!!! We need more people like him to make the world a better place!

I live in neighboring North Carolina which allows me to make frequent trips to Myrtle Beach. I purchased my first property at Ocean Creek in 2014 and purchased this property in late 2015. I plan to make this condo at least a seasonal home once I retire. For this reason, I have chosen to rent the condo myself rather than using a management company so I can ensure the property stays in excellent condition.

Why they chose this property

Simple, love Ocean Creek and it's park-like setting. Excellent location.

What makes this property unique

What I like most about Ocean Creek is that you can relax and forget the outside world once you enter the gates to the resort. The 57 acres in the resort are covered by beautiful native oak trees along with tropical palm trees. There are many things to do in Myrtle Beach but you can simply stay and relax in the resort if you like. The ocean is only a few minutes walk away, the lodge pool is only a couple of minutes away and the grill located at the ocean serves hot food and drinks. Cracker Barrel restaurant is located in walking distance outside the resort and Barefoot Landing is across HWY 17 which includes the Alabama Theater. Other attractions nearby include Dolly Parton's Pirates Voyage, Carolina Opera, House of Blues, Broadway at the Beach and Ripley's Aquarium and many others.

I provide guest with beach chairs and an umbrella (located in beach locker next to grill at beach) so no need to have extra cost of having to rent these items during your vacation.
