This unit has coastal flare and is bright, contemporary and comfortable. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to feel right at home. The dining area has seating for 6 and the living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a large flat screen TV and spectacular views of the beach. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, Private bathroom and access to the balcony for your morning coffee. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and TV. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for added convenience.
Experience beautiful evening sunsets from the comfort of the private balcony up on the 5th floor.

This top floor unit has unrivaled views of the Gulf including incredible sunsets every evening. The Sandcastle North complex is a highly desired location with only 16 units total with all the amenities of a larger complex. The year round heated pool and hot tub serve as the centerpiece for the newly renovated recreation area that includes two gas grills for your beachside barbecues. The pool area gate opens right onto the beach. The unit has comfortable sleeping for 6 including a Master bedroom with a king size bed and private bath overlooking the water. The 2nd bedroom includes brand new queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. Cable TV is available in the Master and 2nd bedroom while the 3rd bedroom is outfitted with a DVD.

Ants in kitchen and on dining table, this wasn’t addressed after reporting it.I never saw anyone at the rental office, so I can’t really rate the professionalism. You get your keys from a box and return them in a drop slot. Even during business hours. I’ve vacationed here for years and the vibe of this town has definitely changed. Do not go to the beach after dark. It is unsafe now.

The property management staff and the owners kept in touch during our mandatory evacuation period and were as helpful as they could be throughout.IRB is my favourite place and this condo really adds to the experience. The main bedroom is incredible with patio doors leading out onto an ocean view balcony, as does the lounge. The condo is spacious and clean and has a shop, bars and restaurants across the road. Highly recommended.

Indian rocks rookie trip

Good news is we did get to swim some part of each day but all the storms had the gulf waves more like the ocean. No peaceful floating. Condo location was fabulous. Lots of places within short walk. Condo was spacious and spotless. Kitchen updated. Beds were comfortable. Sofa was too but for some reason cushions over sleep frame sections constantly slip. Water pressure was amazing. Views were so stunning. Property management super friendly and accessible.
