Quiet location with timely contact and easy check-in. The apartment was just perfect. The complimentary tea, coffee pods, and a few pantry basics made the stay an absolute delight!
Our short 5 days break in Falcon was one which gave us all we could have wished for. The accommodation was just right for us. looking out on to the lovely trees and watching the birds at play and people walking on the path below and looking out to the Inlet. All lovely. So conveniently placed for shopping and away from the busy highway. An opportunity to visit places we have just driven by earlier. An exposure to the beauty of the sea and cost. THANK YOU.

The property was in a quiet area and walking distance to local convenience shops.
The beds were very low, the tv did not work when temperatures reached above 32 and the shower hot/cold are opposite to what’s on lever.
Having 3 different codes on 3 different doors was very frustrating.
Have stayed in Clare's apartment before, it has all we require for a relaxing break in Falcon.

This was my 2nd visit to this property and was once again a pleasure to stay at. The owner is very accommodating and the apartment very comfortable. Look forward to my next stay there.
good location near shops. Lovely position on Dawesville inlet Well stocked apartment with all the comforts of home. Owner very considerate kept in touch over power cut to area. Would recommend the stay.
Clean, modern apartment with all the mod cons. Clare the owner was very responsive and helpful. Great location for crabbing, next to shopping centre and numerous fast food options or the tavern.

What a great place!
If I am being super picky, A garage remote would have been handy, plus downstairs had young children at the time of our stay which woke us in the night, plus the down pipes drip and echo with water dripping, but all good as-long as you sleep well. The 3x different 4-digit pin doors were a pain to access the apartment. Great location though, and well priced.
A well-priced, great, small property in a beautiful location on Peel Inlet. Playground, skate park and bike track nearby, along with a gluten free bakery! We stayed upstairs with a view of the tree tops. Our children loved going through the books that were available. The apartment had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be some winter blankets for the beds, for those who feel the cold. Clare is fantastic to communicate with, and provides all the information needed, for a smooth self check-in.
I stayed at this property for just over a week with my teenage daughter. The property was clean, comfortable, secure and very pleasant and I made excellent use of the estuary path most days. Close to shops and really easy to get around to Mandurah and further afield as well as hanging out locally at Falcon Bay Beach swimming, coffeeing and dolphin watching. Clare was super responsive to any enquiry. I would certainly recommend this to anyone considering it.
This was our first stayover on our trip around south west West Australia. It was handy for shops and the pub and we enjoyed walking the local foreshore. Clare was very easy to deal with
Property was great, ideal for our family, clean and comfortable. Felt quite homely. Fans in bedrooms were sufficient for us through the night.
Possible suggestion, have a crab scoop in the garage for visitor use, Kids were super keen to try to catch one.
Price was great.
The unit was very nice. Great location, clean and tidy and a good price. The balcony was a bit small to enjoy, but it was less than a minutes walk to the water anyway. Would stay again if we are down that way.

This apartment is located in a beautiful location, within walking distance of some great restaurants and shops.
The apartment itself is lovely clean well maintained and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Will be returning in future.
