Great stay!!

We very much enjoyed the stay…even with the hurricane nearby and not being able to swim…being close to the water and enjoying the beach and views was great! Most of the weekend was sunny and beautiful! The condo was homey and comfortable and felt like home away from home. Would love to come back and stay again!0

You can view the full review on Google with pictures! The pros: WiFi is decent, the balcony is nicely sized and has a great view! Communication with the owner was okay, they did call for check in and to check about an hour after arrival we had an issue with parking and the pool bands that was addressed quickly The CONS! (And its a lot) parking is a nightmare, but as stated it’s two parking passes the garage is just weird and very tight squeezes for a even a small suv i wouldn’t recommend larger vehicles. When we first entered the unit: it had a very musty smell, did not have that clean inviting fresh smell to it what so ever! After you have a moment to unpack and actually look at things the unit was not clean and truly nasty. (things under the beds and couches, what looks to be a blood stain on the master comforter and sheets. (As pictured) We bought new sheets and blanket to use bc there was nothing to change it too There’s a fuzzy blanket in between the bed and box springs, as a make shift bed skirt to hide what looks like blood stains all over the box springs. The vent in the bathroom leaks, and drips water. Everything was very dusty The coffee table was about one small Bump into before it comes crashing down, extremely rickety and not sturdy! Couch is stained as well, sofa bed when pulled out had more trash in and under it then the dumpster did. THE TVS WERE TERRIBLE HAD MAYBE 10 channels that worked, shower liner was disgusting. Neighbor will cuss you

Not what it looks to be

Parking was a nightmare, overflow parking was booked with no where else for our second vehicle to park. Owner nor security guard was of any kind of help whatsoever. Condo was not clean. I’m convinced it was barely cleaned before we arrived. It smelled terrible. It had a very strong cigarette smoke smell as well. Sticky stuff all over one of the bathroom floors. Couch had stains. Comforter on one of the beds had stains. Pulled out the pull out sofa for my son to sleep on and there was tons of trash under it. Underneath the beds were filthy- Water bottles, a purple pair of ear plugs, loads of sand and dust. Very disappointed unfortunately with the turnout of this condo, we will not be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Overall Wonderful

First, the “bad.” The furniture, including the mattresses, couches, TV’s, and more need updating. The included beach chairs are old lawn chairs and mostly broken. The condo was not very clean either, but I may just be picky. Dust build up, finger prints, and easy buff out scruffs on furniture, walls, and baseboards. However, don’t take those things I consider “bad” to the faint of heart. Overall it was a wonderful stay and communication with manager was great. My favorite part is the size of the balcony and how the master is connecting to the balcony. I had no problems with parking. I wouldn’t recommend a lifted 3/4 ton truck but a half-ton truck would fit just fine in the garage. The beach wagon was a huge help. Residents and staff of the facility were nice during our stay. I would definitely recommend this condo to a family of 5 or smaller, or two couples.

Had a fantastic week in a beautiful place. Condo was great and within walking distance to many places! Only property downfall is the outside pool is not heated, but it was fun to watch everyone stick their feet in to test the water 😉 We will definitely be back!!

Great Vacation

We loved our stay here. We did run into a little water leaking issue the first night but it was taken care of swiftly by the amazing owner and property manager! The condo was beautiful and clean and perfect for our trip. We would stay here again!

Summer Family Vacation

We had a great week here and loved the view and the balcony. We felt the floors could have been cleaner on arrival, the master bathroom had mold on the shower liner and the shower curtain smelled. These things didn’t impact our stay, just some things we noticed while there. Hot pads for the kitchen would have also been a plus. The smoke detector in our room went off in the middle of the night our second night there an handful of times and we noticed a water leak in the return AC vent that leaked onto the floor. We notified the rental company and they quickly responded back; I hope those issues got fixed. We enjoyed our week there and loved the location. Thank you for allowing us to stay there!

Overall everything was great. The room could have been a littler cleaner (mold on shower curtains and washing machine) otherwise things were great. We ran into an emergency and the owner was over the top in helping us out. Overall great place!

Great view, but not the cleanest place.

We loved the view from our room, but when we arrived the floors still had sand on them like they hadn’t been cleaned, the sheets had hair and nasty spots on them, the coffee table had thick dust, as well as the couches and rugs were very dirty and clearly hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. It ended up being okay, but cost us more time and money to clean when we got there so we could enjoy our vacation, rather than just enjoying our first days there.

Great location

We love this location and have stayed at ocean reef 4 times now. Here once. When we arrived, the check in process is inconvenient to go clear to the other end as others stated. A half hour each way with Saturday traffic. Upon arrival, no air. The air unit had stopped working and was growing mold all over the closet the unit is inside. I called the property manager, carol.. she ended up apologizing for being rude.. the air was fixed on day 3. The owner of the property was more than amazing. The property manager not so much. She was coming into the rental without our permission which made us uncomfortable. The dishes weren’t clean from sitting they had cob webs and dead bugs.. normal but the cleaners should be checking that.. could also have used some hot oven mits as there weren’t any. Also, read closely as this unit doesn’t include beach chair rentals.. I guess I totally missed that and that’s really nice to have on vacation. Again, the OWNER dr g was more than great and he worked hard to get someone out to fix the air. I just wanted to leave an honest review. The balcony is the best part of this resort and that’s why we enjoy staying here. The pool is on the ground level so that’s nice. We enjoyed the mist room and sauna. Wagon was nice to carry up groceries but the parking arrangement was absolutely terrible. Last time we stayed here there weren’t assigned stalls. Even saw a car get side swiped because they’re so narrow that’s a disappointment but has nothing to do with this rental per say. Elevators are fairly quick too. We love PCB! And just to the left of this condo is a beautiful sand bar for the little ones. I know Dr G has taken care of the issues, great guy, again, just wanted to be honest that he should have a better manager. Thank you!

Beautiful View

We were very happy with out stay here and will stay here again. The access to the beach and the view from the balcony was great. It was located close to almost anything you needed. The only thing that could have made it better is if the daily rental for the beach chairs and umbrella had been made available with the condo. We meet a couple of other families staying that this was offered with their stay. It would not stop us from staying again because the condo was a beautiful and it was very clean.
