My space is close to Ipanema Beach, Ipanema Metro, Ipanema Hippie Fair at Praça General Osório. Around my apartment are all shops, banks, bars and restaurants. You will love my space because of the location, the safe and comfortable environment, and the neighborhood.

The space:
My apartment has a separate bedroom and living room. Despite being a bedroom and living room, it is spacious, calm, light and airy. Fully furnished, it has a balcony overlooking the condominium pool. The American kitchen is well equipped, The bathroom has a hot and cold shower. I leave bed and bath linen, clothesline and clothespins and broom.
Free 10 Mb WiFi internet access (Net Virtua) and NET cable TV (in packages already contracted).

Description of the rooms:
Bedroom:
Double bed and a single bed with an AUXILIARY bed downstairs, bedside table with lamp, wardrobes, NET TV, air conditioning, curtains, bed linen and towels;

Living room: Two-room living and dining room, with sofa, cable TV (in the package already booked), dining table with 4 seats, air conditioning, curtains.

Kitchen: Microwave, stove, refrigerator, appliances and household items.

Guest access

The condominium consists of 2 apartment blocks:

Block I: (one bedroom apartments) with main entrance via Rua Visconde de Pirajá (second street parallel to the beach), nº 161

Block II: (two bedroom apartments) with main entrance through Rua Prudente de Morais (first street parallel to the beach), nº 368.

The two Blocks share the same leisure area on the P (Play) floor, where the pool and saunas are located. Therefore, it is possible for guests to move between the two blocks and use the two exits according to their needs.

The block where the condominium is located is formed by the streets Farme de Amoedo and Teixeira de Melo (Praça General Osório).

Ipanema beach (between stations 8 and 9) and Arpoador are one block away. Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon is also within walking distance. Metro station at Praça G. al. Osório located about 100 meters from the building.

There are three levels of garage, and you can park where it is most convenient.

The parking space is for 01 (one) car per apartment.

Other condominium facilities include: heated and salinized swimming pool, two saunas, messenger service and computerized concierge with concierge, security and 24 hour cameras.

Interaction with guests

I have a secretary who takes care of the apartment, it is with it that the guests can count on to answer any doubts and resolve any unforeseen circumstances.
