ASU sports facilities, parks, and Tempe Town Lake make it a perfect location for outside recreation. It does not matter what time of year you come there is always and event going in Downtown Tempe. I 'm a contractor that has worked all over this valley. We chose the Tempe location because it is the place to be active. We own another property in this area because we love the area, atmosphere, events and energy. It is out pleasure to have people come experience that feeling in a house we lived in.

This house sits close to campus in an area of custom homes. Many of ASU's facility and administrative personnel live in this exclusive area .The split floor plan provides the perfect space for three couples or two families. The spacious 3,000 foot home with a private pool and outdoor area allows you to experience the Southwest lifestyle. Compare this house and location to any of the hotels or other homes in the area and you will see why we are booked every weekend.
