The Nushak - Luxury Oceanfront Beach House

East Beach

Luxurious property with great ocean views from the Master Bedroom along the large open plan living , kitchen and dining area. The large open plan living, kitchen and dining area is situated on the first level with great views over the Eastern Beach - great space to entertain family and friends all year round. Upstairs is set out with 3 bedrooms, and a family bathroom. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a Queen Bed and 180 degree views of the Eastern Beach. Down stairs level is laid out with another separate spacious living area that walks out into the rear courtyard. 1 Bedroom on this level with Bunk beds that can sleep up to 3 guests. Also on this level you have a separate games room with TV and ping pong table.

Great location but change in beds

The location and house is great… but there was a late change in the bedding configuration which left us unhappy. We booked for 10 adults and the property changed to 8 before our stay. It was disappointing that this occurred. We had a family activity of window washing to see the wonderful view through. Great location though…

Nushak 3 night stay Mar20

Great location looking out over the waves and access to beach walks. Foxtel is good but disappointed not to have wifi (expected for these rental prices). Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, need to be upgraded. Cleanliness of the house was poor, in particular the kitchen, suggest hiring a different cleaning service. Driveway and deck area was shabby, requiring maintenance.

Great views of ocean

Great views , could look out for long periods at the ocean , it’s beautiful from Nushak especially . Great space in kitchen and dining area . Lots of kitchen ware . Lots of light also good blinds . Comfortable seating , beds . Good parking . A great house to share a weekend with friends . Quiet spaces if one likes to read or have time out or nap .Some extra face washers , towels / tea towels would be helpful .

Awesome house with incredible views of the ocean

We spent a week in the Nushak to celebrate our Mum's 70th birthday. The house had everything you could possibly need. Well stocked kitchen with beautiful quality equipment. Stunning views of the ocean. Comfortable beds, couches and chairs. We absolutely loved it.

Well named.

Unbelievable view of the Port Fairy bay. Could sit and watch yachting, whales at play, surfers and such. The house has facilities for all age groups - table tennis, computer games, movie DVDs and more. Can't beat waking up in the morning with the sea crashing only 20 metres from your bed.
