Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Storey Lake. The townhouse was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, only a seven minute walk to the pool. We had one issue with the circuit breakers tripping out…Jamil took care of this immediately and was excellent to deal with.

Clean and comfortable condo

We were in Orlando for an event at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, so we chose this property for its proximity. The neighborhood was quiet with a nice fitness center and pool. The condo is clean and had plenty of space for our group. Some minor issues with check-in and wi-fi that were resolved quickly. Good communication from owner.

Awesome property

This house is beautiful, clean and looks like the listing pictures. There was plenty of space for our family of 6. The kids loved the private pool. We went in May and the water temperature is a bit cool but at the end of a hot day the kids had no complaints jumping in. We also used the lazy river/pool and enjoyed that. We had a car rental and drove and it was only a few minutes. The house is also close to a Walmart and Target which was convenient for groceries. Disney was about 15-20 minutes and Universal around 30. One day the AC stopped working so we emailed the property owner and they responded very quickly and by the time we got home later that day it had been fixed! Our only tiny negative would be that the bunkbed is very wiggly. We would definitely recommend this house and if we ever go back we’d be happy to stay here again!

Disney vacation

We stayed at this property during our family trip to Disney world. My kids liked the decoration in the rooms. It was nice to have a pool at the house, and a large community pool with a lazy river and water slides a very short drive away.

Week in Florida

Very nice property, ample space, lots of amenities, close to Universal and Disney. Great place for a family vacation. Clean and updated. Housekeeping staff and property management very prompt and friendly. Greatly enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend.

Florida Family Vacation 2022

Had a different company cancel at last minute due to owner staying at the home. I had less than 24 hours to find something get checked in, get all paperwork done. It was that simple. I verified everything and signed paperwork. Welcome letter was sent the next day. Kids loved the pool at the house. We especially loved the lazy river. We had no plans on going anywhere just making memories as a family. That's what we did. I was nervous with younger children because the guidelines were so strict. I couldn't relax the first day. Then I realized it's no different than at home. No eating in bedrooms. I require eating at table. Basically don't let the rules scare you away you will miss a wonderful place to stay. Be respectful of others home. Only complaint was the air cannot be turned below 72. I would suggest putting fans in bedrooms. I can't sleep when it's warm. So I ended up on the couch a couple of times. Other than investing in ceiling fans or just floor fans, I have no complaints. I will definitely stay with the same host next time. Thank you.

Beautiful place

Perfect place for us to relax after a long day. Spacious and Tastefully decorated. My teenage kids even enjoyed the Disney decor. I would stay here again.

We came for a sporting event for my daughter and to do a little of Disney!! House is perfect and super Clean!! It’s close to stores, lots of eats, and Disney! Would def stay again!

Great townhouse with plenty of space for the whole family. Close to all the parks , restaurants etc. Lots of amenities at the resort.

Clean!!!

Over the years we have stayed in dozens of hotel rooms and vacation rentals. This townhouse was hands down the cleanest property we have ever stayed in, exceptional. Check-in was easy. The unit was spacious, suited for a couple or a large family. The pool was extremely private. We were just a few minute walk to the clubhouse and amenities. Immediately outside of the complex was numerous restaurant and shopping choices. Would highly recommend this property, felt like home.

Disney Trip

The property manager was so easy to communicate with! My family loved the large island, we ate almost all meals here! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. Each kiddo had their own room and loved it! Overall, it was a great place to stay!

We loved our stay here! The house was clean, well decorated, and stocked with necessary items for an extended stay. Great vacation house

We had a great experience. The house was very nice. As good, if not better than the pictures. The check in/check out process couldn’t be simpler. The location was great for access to the Disney parks. A very easy 10-15 minute drive. I highly recommend this property and will likely try to book it again if we go back to Disney in the future.

Nice place to stay!

Overall nice place to stay. Very clean. Great amenities and close to Disney. A little cramped on the Neighbor to Neighbor in the pool area. Would do it again.
