This lovely 3 bedroom two bathroom (ensuite to main) apartment is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Situated in a great location and only a 2 minute walk to the marina and shops. Main bedroom has a queen bed, built in robes with a second TV and the ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom also has a queen size bed with built in robes as well.The large spacious lounge and dining area has a dining room suite and luxurious lounge with a large screen 58 inch Smart TV and DVD player, plus reverse cycle air conditioner.

The well stocked kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, new fridge/freezer, oven and separate stove top, overlooking the dining area and out over the gardens that surround the back patio. Main bathroom has a bath and separate shower, this also overlooks a small private garden area. Laundry with auto washing machine and separate toilet. The unit has a Iron and ironing board.

Fully enclosed lovely small private back patio area with bench, sink and draining board, fridge/freezer and BBQ, plus outdoor seating. All surrounded by lovely maintained gardens and an Outdoor Shower to wash off after the beach. Full Private undercover carport and extra parking for boat. Lovely green front lawns makes this your home away from home. You will love everything about this holiday home. Wifi is Inc.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkelling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few.
