Welcome to Sea Coast Gardens 3 #404 "Seascape"! This Direct oceanfront condo has been totally renovated and updated. It is located on the family friendly No-Drive section of New Smyrna Beach. This condo comfortably offers privacy and sleeping for 6 Guests without the use of a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a King bed, side door entrance to the balcony, 43" TV, and a DVD player. The second bedroom has a brand new Queen Bed with a body custom comfort Sleep Science Mattress and a new Twin bunk bed. The living room features new furniture with a large sofa and two matching rocking full recliners. Relax in the recliners and watch the New 58" Smart TV and login to watch your favorite series.

Owner of this place is awesome in putting in a lot of though to make your stay amazing

The condo was perfect and had everything you need very nice ,had every in kitchen like your at home,felt very at home feel but on vacation,had beach chairs to boogie boards,owner put a lot of thought and caring of the comfort to stay there,loved it and when I go again will definitely would stay there again

Sea Coast Gardens Stunner!

Wow! The owners of this condo have thought of everything! You can tell they care about their guests by providing services that go above and beyond expectations. Keyless door codes, updated furniture and TVs, extraordinary cleanliness, and I could go on and on. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were beyond impressed by the condo and the Florida Vacay Team. We have found our beach home away from home. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect Family Beach Getaway before School!

We really enjoyed our time at the beach. Kids loved the 2 huge pools & we loved relaxing by the ocean. Condo was spotless, new smart TVs in each room. Enjoyed watching our favorite shows as we watched the rain storms blow through. We loved 3rd Wave Cafe & Norwoods. Kids keep talking about Izzy’s Tacos & S’more fire pits. We will be back soon. This was our last quick getaway before school begins. Florida Vacay was great to work with & the keyless entry was awesome! No keys for our gang to have to share or keep track of!

Great location

Terrific location! Great view. Clean and equipped unit. Door key did not work when we arrived. Tough to reach property manager. Eventually got a hold of them and reset password. Accesses unit after an hour. Power went out for an hour on day 2. Otherwise, recommend - and would rent again.

We won’t be back to seacoast Gardens

The condo was nice. The ocean front view was nice. However the rental agreements, rules and regulations, and constant emails were overboard. They charged us fees on our credit card after we checked out. They said that they charged us for using a spare set of sheets that were labeled for use in the closet for the sofa sleeper. Who rents a condo with a sofa sleeper but doesn’t tell you you’re not allowed to use the sofa sleeper until after you leave? and then they charge you for using it. I have a feeling they ding $25 to everybody for one reason or another as a money making scheme. It was a waste of energy !

New Smyrna experience

This is a very nice property. Right on the beach and close to most everything you would need. Unfortunately we had a few issues. The first night we had no TV in the living room and no wifi. When we called the rental agency we got no help. They told us to call the cable company. So we did. After two hours or more on the phone we managed to fix the problem. We were staying on the fourth floor. Guess what. On the second day the elevator was broken. Up we waked the stairs - bad knees and all. We also had no soap or shampoo. I don’t think we were supposed to bring some. Never had in the past? But the beach chais beach towels, umbrella and all made it very convenient. Wish I could give you five stars.

Loved the condo. All the rooms were spacious except the second bedroom which had bunk beds along with a queen bed. Great for families with lots of people but a little much for us. Beautifully decorated. And well stocked with cooking pans and dishes and paper products. The view of the beach was absolutely fabulous.

Wonderful Beach Condo

We loved staying at this direct oceanfront condo. Upon entering the condo, we had a beautiful ocean view. The owner provided everything we needed to enjoy the beach. We had beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and 2 ice coolers. They even had several DVD movies and books for our beach reads. The condo was very clean and well appointed. We had a huge TV in the living room and good sized TV’s in the bedrooms. All were Smart TV’s so we could watch Amazon or Netflix at night. The kids especially liked these Smart TV’s. The balcony had 3 chairs and a lounger as well. You just can’t beat the views from the balcony. Looking forward to coming back next year!

PERFECT FOR US!!!

Clean and perfect! The view off the balcony just doesn't get any better anywhere! Well stocked kitchen. Lots of movies, books, and board games. There was even beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids.

TRUE Oceanfront!

We love coming to this property. It is TRUE OCEANFRONT! You can't see the pool or any other units while sitting on the balcony. Quiet and peaceful.... The view from the deck and the master bedroom are divine. The condo is clean and comes with a lot of things in the kitchen and condo that you need to make your stay a pleasant one. We love the New Smyrna area.

Convenient, Fun, Clean Condo for Family with Kids

--The condo is very close to the beach (just an elevator ride down). We really liked that about the condo. Not only going to the beach was very convenient, we also had the view of the beach. --The location was very family friendly for a family with young children. We liked the fact that the beach was very well maintained and clean. Our family, especially my 7 year-old, had a great time on the beach!
