Great location for disney parks and shopping

Nice apartment. true to the advertisement. It was clean and well laid out. I really dislike the way hotels do not put the quilts ( doona or duvets) in a cover. They use a top and bottom sheet. So when you move around during the night the duvet becomes uncovered and touches your skin. This does not feel very nice. Great location for Disney parks and shopping. We had a couple of maintenance issues which was sorted out straight away. So no complaints there. I would definitely stay again.

Easter Vacation

The unit had 3 bedrooms and plenty of space for the 5 of us , even when we had family visit for the day. Convenient to major theme parks , shops and restaurants.

Great place for a winter get away

Anthony was an amazing host. Condo was spacious clean and exceeded our expectations. Amazing to have balcony over look the pool. Beds were massive comfortable and big. Great location close to everything.

Disney Adventure for Grandson

We were over all ok with the condo. The unit needs a few pans to bake. We contacted the front desk and it took two days to get a cookie sheet. The living room sofa is also a bed which means the cushions don't stay on the couch. You must carefully sit down on there or it's going to hurt your backside. We saw bars more than we had cushion. The Dryer does not heat well and needs two to three cycles to get clothes dry. The stove was not working when we arrived and the next morning I called- I was told they had only one person to do all the units in all four buildings.. He did come hours later and the breaker was flipped. Sounds easy and would be but did not want to bear the responsibility of anything blowing or damage so we waited. We did not have any pool towels and for a three bedroom condo only 4 washcloths and 4 towels. They wanted to charge us to bring more. The little pool was nice. The store in the complex was stocked amazingly well. The pizza hut was open some and closed some. weird... Also, the pool with the pirate ship which was one of the reasons we booked needs to be addressed and painted... Also, you cannot bring your own food or drink in. You have to buyer theirs. It's way more than a mile to Disney but still a somewhat easy jaunt. The expectation was higher but we managed.

Not for us

We chose this property because the pictures looked amazing and in the description it stated that there were free shuttles to Disney parks. After asking the host he said that it was true. Unfortunately, we had to let him know that the shuttling service has not been free for some time now according to the check in. It was disappointing. We left the front desk knowledge of the mold in the shower and bathtub (window above and blinds were super gross), how hard the bed was and the springs that protrude when laying on the bed... We contacted the host about arranging something since we were under the impression of the shuttling but we were told he would get back to us and after a month I guess he changed his mind. All in all, I do not recommend this. It was very disappointing.

Excellent property for family

I stayed here with my husband and in laws and it was PERFECT! We loved the proximity to the local theme parks and heavily utilized the on premises convenience store and neighboring restaurant. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

This property is in a very convenient location to parks, shopping and restaurants. Room was as described. The kids loved the pools and went swimming every day! Loved that every room had its own TV for when we all need our own time. As with most condos you just need to be prepared to bring or purchase some of the extra basic necessities. A roll of Toilet paper and paper towels are provided but with a family you will need more if you’re staying More than a couple days. I would also recommend bringing hand soap, dish soap and dishwasher tabs. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Really enjoyed the location, Walmart is right across the street you are right next to a strip mall, easy to get into and get out of as busy as Orlando is, the beds are so comfortable, the room is at the end of the hallway away from all the other rooms which I enjoyed for noise reduction purposes, really recommend this place!!!

Highly Recommend!

The property was fantastic! The pool area with the pirate ship was big and fun and very well cleaned and organized. The Luau Lounge had delish drinks and food. The kids loved the pool and slide. The check it was busy but the staff was fast and very nice. The room itself was clean and comfortable. When we checked in there where only two towels and one washcloth, we called the front desk and they delivered a big bag full to us within 30 minutes. The small pool was right outside out balcony and did cause some noise after bedtime but not bad. That pool was not as clean as people can bring their own food inside. The hot tub was too hot as well. The fitness room was not well maintained, but I only used the elliptical which worked fine. Small grocery store was well stocked and easy access. All the restaurants were on site were closed due to Covid, but that would have been convenient. We went to Disney which was super close by! My only complaint is the kitchen was not as stocked as I expected, I have four kids so try to cook meals as much as possible - no 9x13 pan? No spatulas? No ice trays? WE WOULD LOVE TO STAY AGAIN!!! Highly recommend!

Christmas trip to Disney World

Loved the LBV Resort. The 3 bedroom unit we rented for 4 adults and 2 children was a great size for our needs. Ample space in the living area for 6 to sit and watch a movie comfortably. We used the pool and hot tub several evenings after long day at the Disney Parks.

Great stay, good value

We enjoyed our stay in this rental, which is a short distance away from the Disney theme parks. The LBV Resort had great amenities, including two pools, and several on-site food options. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo

What a great condo, it was better than I expected! The staff was so helpful and the facilities were awesome. The big pool was a huge hit with the kids but the pool right outside the condo was a favorite for the adults. The condo was very clean too, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The owner was great about getting back to me and super accommodating when I needed to alter my stay last minute. We will definitely be renting again!

Large space for the price

Great price for a 3 bedroom condo near Walt Disney World. Nice pools and in close proximity to several restaurants, malls and convenient stores. Needs some updates/replacements. The dryer took several cycles to get loads dry and the couch was uncomfortable and coming apart.
