Our exquisite villa is nestled within a private, gated community alongside the lush fairways of the Princeville Golf Course, offering breathtaking panoramic views. Moreover, our villa is conveniently located across from the Golf Club shop, allowing you to carry your golf clubs without incurring parking fees. Depending on the season and day, you may even have the chance to spot whales from a scenic vantage point. Why not spend a day playing golf at Hawaii's premier golf course and then take a leisurely stroll to witness the magnificent sunset each evening?
Boasting almost 2000sq feet of impeccably designed Hawaiian interior, elegant furnishings, and a pristine pool area, our villa provides the luxury of a high-end hotel at an affordable price.
As a newly established private gated community with an onsite manager, you can rest assured that all amenities, including the pool, Jacuzzi, and BBQ (shared), are meticulously maintained daily. The owners use the house as their second home, ensuring it's always kept to the high standards of cleanliness and stocked with fresh supplies.
The villa features two master suites on the ground floor and one bedroom upstairs, each elegantly appointed with black granite in the bathrooms. One of the master en-suite bathrooms includes a bathtub, while the other two have shower facilities. There's one King-sized bed and two Queen-sized beds, with the upstairs bedroom slightly smaller than the downstairs master suites.
Enjoy romantic breakfasts and dinners on the private lanai upstairs, overlooking the golf course, and unwind in the evenings in front of the large flat-screen TV.
For business travelers who wish to stay connected during their vacation, we offer Wireless High-Speed DSL Internet throughout the house.
We have a very large ice maker in the freezer, and our large fridge is relatively new, only 3 years old.
Each bedroom has large ceiling fans, and in the living room. We provide two small desk fans in the villa that guests can move to different rooms as needed. These fans are not listed as amenities; they are offered as a gesture of hospitality to ensure guests' comfort and safety.
Most houses and units in VOK do not have A/C, as we are located on the golf course and enjoy full winds throughout the area.
Policies:
Strictly no smoking, no shoes, no Pets of any kind, no Surf Board and no party.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed anywhere in the condo premises, not inside, not in patio, not in parking lot. However, you can smoke on the public path outside complex. Please treat the home and complex with respect and care.
Booking & Payment - Easy and Simple
The full payment depends on the period and how far in advance you need to book the Villa. We kindly ask for the valid photo ID of the primary traveler for Advance Check-In and emergency purposes before your stay, including your address through VRBO.
We will also require you to sign up for the $59 damage protection through VRBO. A refundable deposit of $300 will be required in addition to the rental fee. This deposit will be returned to you upon the satisfactory inspection of the property after your stay. We will share the welcome instructions and code with you once we have your details before your stay.
We are not offering any special discounts or house exchanges.
We will also contact after booking online and confirm our rental agreement/guest's details to be accepted via VRBO communication.
Supplies provided include:- Full kitchen supplies

- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 hand soap per bathroom
- 1 body soap per bathroom
Additional supplies can be requested in advance for an extra charge.

Cancellation is not accepted after the initial booking unless replacement guests can be found. However, we are willing to change dates with 3-5 months' notice, depending on the length of your booking.
We (the owners) do not take any credit card details from you as you are booking through the VRBO site.
We do not accept third-party bookings. Bookings must have a matching name, a copy of your ID, and credit card details submitted to VRBO. If it's discovered that a booking was made on behalf of a third party, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
Insects: We do pest control but Kaua'i is a tropical Island ~ although every effort is made to keep insects out an occasional insect (harmless Gecko, Mosquito or Beatle etc) may make its way inside. Kaua'i has no dangerous or poisonous insects. . To prevent this, ensure screen doors are always closed, and dispose of your kitchen waste in the trash daily.
The Guest agrees to maintain confidentiality, refraining from disclosing any information about the Owner's identity, principals, or those occupying the Property. This includes details about personal lives, habits, security measures, or any other business or personal affairs. The Guest commits not to post or share pictures of the Premises online or disclose the Agreement's terms or Owner's identity, unless required in an emergency or by law. Any breach of this provision will result in irreparable harm to the Owner, entitling them to injunctive relief in addition to other legal remedies.
We make every effort to ensure a pleasant stay, but occasional issues may arise, including with the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by maintenance problems during your stay. Regrettably, refunds cannot be provided.
