April 20-26 Cancellation! Reduced! Oceanview Condo! Pool, Pickleball and more!

Beautiful Condominium with 2 bedrooms and 2 en suite bathrooms. This condo sleeps 8 with a rollaway bed you can add to any room if you choose. Master bedroom has a king bed and private full bath. Guest bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed and private full bath. There is a memory foam sofa sleeper in the living room as well. This condo is perfect for 2 families as well.

Sugar Beach Complex is a fabulous family friendly low rise complex! Park right in front of the condo. No long elevator waits! Gorgeous view of the complex grounds and ocean! Fully equipped kitchen and condo. Washer and dryer, free WiFi, hair dryer, iron etc.

$37 HOA one time fee per stay for parking pass, bracelets and amenities fee to the HOA at registration.

Sugar Beach has a fresh water pond with turtles and huge fish, bbq area, clubhouse, shuffleboard, pool & tennis/pickle ball courts. Steps from the pool to the beach!

Walk to Ms. Newbys, Hammerhead Fred's, Longboards, PCB Winery, many restaurants, shopping, golf, go-carts & bars!

Beach service (2 chairs with pads and an umbrella already set up on the beach for you) available for $50 for your entire stay from March to October. Cost is $55 a day if renting directly on the beach. This is a fabulous deal! Just ask to add this to your reservation.

Early check in or late check out available if cleaning time permits for a $50 fee per request due to high demand/requests. Please confirm same with owner ahead of time.

Pet friendly upon request and approval of owner/host. Vet records to be provided upon registration/check in. Pets approved by owner first. $50 Owner/Host Inside Pet Fee. HOA Pet Fee at registration. $80 first pet under 3 days plus $40 for 2nd pet under 3 days. 4 days and over is $150 First Pet, $50 Second Pet. No weight limit. Limit 2 pets per stay. No aggressive full breeds: Akita, Chow, Doberman Pincher, German Shephard, Pit bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier and Wolf Hybrid are not allowed.

Very nice condo! Clean and comfortable. Near lots of stuff to do, see, and eat. And the beach is so very close! Please just add a blind on the master bedroom window, then it will be perfect. Also a full size mirror would be cool. We would definitely stay again!Thank you Moyers!

Beautiful grounds and great unit. Nice view of pond and ocean. Very clean. Owner was helpful with easy check-in and check-out. Walked to four bars/restaurants and a short drive to others. Best of all… DOG FRIENDLY! He preferred the view from the 3rd floor balcony as he was “safe” from the turtles and huge goldfishes swimming in the pond.

A Perfect Stay
My family loved the "Crab Shack." The condo was super cute, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four. Walking to the beach took no more than three minutes. We chose to rent the beach chairs. They were set up for us daily, which was very nice and easy. There are a number of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Nice location had a decent view of the golf nice pool area had a great time one thing that I would suggest doing is turning your lounge area into a tiki bar people love convenience of having a tiki bar and food and the homeowners there would make a fortune it’s a bit much to pay an extra $25 for parking permit. That needs to be included in the price of the condo.

We had a wonderful stay! Wendy was very responsive to messages, which made the trip easy. The property was very clean, and in a peaceful, gated community. It’s close to everything - few mins drive to grocery store, and to several restaurants if you like to eat out. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance. We added the beach service, which got us an umbrella and 2 chairs for a great deal for the whole stay. And of course, the best thing was being about a 2-min walk from the front door to the sand!

Noise level
Things were good until Wednesday when the noise level next door grew, they credited 100.00 to our card and said have dinner on them and they had reached out to management company and they had spoken to then and ask contractor to hold it down.. By the next day they were jack hammering removing tile. Was unbearable. She moved us to a unit down the beach. Keep in mind we were in 2 bedroom and was moved to an efficiency. very very limited beach view, heat didn't work was 66 in room. She said husband checked on line and was working, so 2nd time I checked it said it was heating. Problem was it said that the whole time it was 66 in room and never got any warmer until weather improved. We should have gotten a larger discount than 100.00 dinner. Wouldn't rent from them again. Was told was off season and people did repairs this time of year. Beware of renting from anyone this time of year.

Such a cute condo and awesome property. Sugar Beach is a great resort and the condo itself is wonderful! Wendy is so easy to communicate with and answers all of your questions immediately. We will be staying here again.

The wonderful Crab Shack
This property was exactly what we were looking for. Our pups had the best week and made lots of friends. We loved seeing the fish in the pond each day and enjoyed watching the turtles bask! The condo was very nice, and the owner, Wendy was a true pleasure to work with. Very nice. Highly recommend!

Feels like home!
This condo has a very at home feel! My little crew and I enjoyed this aspect! Especially since we wanted to really relax and chill it’s off the main strip and away from the crowds but not too far away from the people so we were able to get out and walk to stores and coffee shops. The complex was safe and short walk to beach. Very clean and the facility was lovely we used the pool and laid out went to the beach if we would have stayed another day would have been worth using the club house to grill and chill! The Moyer’s were very accommodating and super quick to respond! The check in was simple and hassle free. Would definitely stay next trip with the Moyer’s.
