This roomy three bedroom, two bath condo is on the third floor with vaulted ceilings. It's located just off Highway 17 at 48th Avenue North in the heart of Myrtle Beach, near all the local area attractions. Enjoy golf course views from the back patio. The building is tucked away in the most popular Myrtlewood Golf community within the Grand Strand. Just minutes away from Broadway at the Beach, miniature golf courses, water parks and of course, the beach!


The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils and a large bar. The dining room area seats six. there's plenty of room for the family. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and private ensuite. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds to accommodate your group. All three bedrooms have TVs The stacked washer/dryer is located inside the large guest bath for your convenience.

This "feels like a home" condo will have you coming back to vacation again! Amenities include swimming pool, located directly behind this building. Be sure to take a peak inside the guest book for things to do, Coupons and local information! Wi-Fi is FREE!

Very clean, lots of room, great location! If we ever return to Myrtle Beach, we would definitely stay here again!

Appeared to be clean, but had BED BUGS in one of the bedrooms.
The property was nice and clean unfortunately one of the rooms had BED BUGS which I was bit by while I was there for 4 days. I realized what was biting me after seeing one crawling on the bed I had been sleeping in on the night before we were scheduled to leave. The management company was unsympathetic and after a few weeks I’m still waiting for a return call regarding the incident.

Spring Break Vacation
Enjoyed the 3 bedroom condo. It was spacious, homelike feeling and comfortable. The location was perfect, because of the accessibility back to the main highway to get to the baseball tournaments at different locations and basketball tournament at the Sport Center…. So in returning back from long hours on the field and court The TV'S are one thing that we expect to be working properly as we unwind for the night (very disappointing). However, I commend the Property Management Company responding quickly and correcting the problem the next day in the evening. I suggest in the future the pillows are changed out, no food left in fridge and the TV’s are working properly before your guest arrives….Overall the stay was Good...Will stay again.

Beautiful Resort
I enjoyed the resort very much. Driving was very easy to our destination and grocery store. I would have preferred a whole king size bed instead of two twin beds put together. The dining/living room was very large and accommodated us very nicely. There were lots of pots, dishes, and utensils to use.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay in this 3 BR condo. It was spacious and as described. We are big movie watchers and wish the TVs in the condo were updated but other than that, there was nothing lacking. The access to the pools was wonderful as was the fun lady in the golf cart maintaining the grounds. It is located close to everything and provided all needed to prepare meals if you choose to. My kids are already asking to go back next year! Thanks so much!

Clean, quiet and great value. Great location too.
We stayed here for 3 nights during 4th of July week, it cost less than half of what we would have paid for hotel rooms for 6 people in the same area. As advertised it is a large 3rd floor 3BR/2BR condo in a well-maintained golf community with access to an outdoor pool. The location (approx. 5 minutes from Broadway at the Beach) was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Myrtle Beach. Better than a hotel with none of the inconvenience - we couldn't be happier. Great customer care from everybody at Five Stars Property Management was much appreciated as well. We would definitely use again.
