Condo Mara is located in the well-appointed Pueblito Escondido condo hotel complex. It is a large 1 bedroom condo unit (1150 ft2) set between the newer trendy area of the world famous 5th Avenue and the silky beaches of Playa del Carmen.

At Pueblito Escondido you will enjoy condo living in a resort style setting. The complex has two pools. A family pool on ground level and a spectacular roof-top “Adults Only” infinity pool overlooking Playa’s gorgeous beaches. Wow! What a view! Bring your own drinks and food or have meals delivered from the restaurant downstairs. It’s up to you. Enjoy a nice quiet swim in the infinity pool and then rest on a padded lounger while enjoying the sun or shade in the warm breeze. Feel like sand between your toes? Take the elevator down, exit the lobby, and turn left. You are now steps from a magnificent beach that stretches for miles in either direction.

Use Condo Mara’s full-sized kitchen to prepare meals and drinks. If you don’t feel like cooking, drop by Barro Negro restaurant located in the condo complex. Or better yet, simply call them and order in. Of course you have many other dining options available to you as a visitor to Playa del Carmen. The north end is full of hip affordable restaurants for you to enjoy.

Pueblito Escondido is located close to 5th Avenue. Shop until your heart’s content on the 1.5 mile long stretch of vibrant shops and restaurants with products and food from Mexico and around the world. No trip to Playa is complete without visiting “Quinta Avenida”!

Condo Mara sleeps up to four people. It has a large living room and a separate media seating area. The kitchen is full-sized with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has all you need to prepare complete meals. Create cocktails the way YOU like them. Yum!

The living and dining area overlooks the peaceful balcony which runs the entire width of the unit. You can enjoy a quiet coffee or tea every morning in the gentle breeze amongst tropical plants with a view of the ground pool.

The spacious bedroom has a four poster king-sized bed complete with quality linens and comfortable pillows. The window has black out curtains to help you sleep. A closet contains pull out drawers and many hangers for your clothes. It has a safety deposit box to store your valuables. The bedroom has a wall mounted television, a telephone, and a separate entrance to your bathroom.

The bathroom is clean and modern. All toiletries are provided. Enjoy your comfortable shower. There’s room for two!
