Please be advised that no early entrance is permitted during your stay unless noted previously to the owner and early check in fee has been paid and that the house and or condo is ready for arrival. If a guest does not abide by this rule and checks in early without the consent of the owner and if the house cleaner is present, please do note that the house cleaner will leave immediately!! If you arrive early and the house has not been cleaned, please then note that the house cleaner will not come to clean the house at all if you and or your guest are present on the property at the time of their arrival to clean the property. This is a strict policy to ensure the safety of the house cleaner and the guest. So please do not plan on arriving early to the house unless it has been agreed to by both you and the Landlord prior to your planned arrival date.
Also note that the gas fee is not charged during the summer months of June/July/August and begins on September 15. The summer months however do incur a daily utility charge of $50, so any inquires of dates during that time frame will show the gas fee/utility fee in the quote as well due to the electrical tier price increase that Southern California Edison charges. Should you elect or want to reserve/book online and do so during the summer months, the gas fee/utility fee will be charged. Further, also note that the gas fee unfortunately can not be calculated as a daily rate during the winter months and will only show as a $50 daily charge, so any vacation request during the winter months will have the gas fee charged accordingly up to the maximum weekly fee. So please again note that when figuring out your rental rate as the rate will more than likely be a bit higher to account for the added gas usage charges up to the maximum amount on a weekly or daily basis. Should you elect or want to reserve/book online the correct gas fee will then be calculated by me based on days and or weeks the property is rented and charged accordingly. Again, I will edit your rental request as necessary for the gas fees and then send you an updated quote to rent the house for the correct amount.
This is my second listing in Palm Springs and is another beautiful get-away home on a large 13,000 plus sq ft lot. The backyard features a newly constructed outside entertainment area, featuring a large beautiful rocked fireplace under the large lanai, a fire pit near the golf course with amazing sunsets at night and a custom outdoor kitchen with built in 40" profession Lion BBQ, under mount refrigerator and sink, along with the numerous counter high chairs to sit around on the counter area and watch television or just gaze out at the sunset and or property. Additionally the outdoor kitchen features a 55” flat screen tv under the lanai, that is hung above the fireplace and then another 47" flat screen tv under the attached patio cover near the master bedroom slider for further outdoor entertainment/viewing of your favorite sport teams, or simply sitting and enjoying music and or television while outside. All tv’s are set-up with direct tv, so you will have many viewing options to choose from. The main patio cover with the bbq and sink also features an outdoor heater for the cooler months which will enable you to enjoy your time outside late into the evening, along with the heat from the fireplace.
This 3 bedroom home is beautifully furnished with a large open living area that flows into the kitchen with a large flat screen 55" TV over the beautiful rock dual fireplace and then a 40" TV adjacent to the kitchen island. The 55" TV is a smart television allowing you access to stream some of your favorite movies from your streaming accounts or you can utilize the Blue Ray DVD player that is hidden behind the TV to watch some of your favorite movies. The user-friendly kitchen includes all modern appliances and is well stocked with glass, dining, and cookware. There is a total of three refrigerators with the large refrigerator, one beverage refrigerator on the kitchen island along with one wine chiller/refrigerator also located in the kitchen island. The house has two master suites. The farther or back master suite has a sliding glass door that leads to the backyard has a Cal king bed, along with its own bathroom with dual vanity bath sinks as well as a dual head walk in shower. The sliding glass door leads out from this master bedroom to a covered lanai with seating area to enjoy the pool and spa or to gaze out at the golf course or surrounding property. The second master suite has a standard king bed along with its own private bathroom featuring one vanity sink along with a walk in shower. This bedroom also has a 48" flat screen tv to enjoy as well. The middle or hall bedroom has a queen bed with comfortable furnishings. All three bedrooms are equipped with flat screen televisions with direct tv satellite service. Total house can sleep six people very comfortably and up to eight if the two guest are children. Perfect house for friends, three-four couples or a large family.
The PS Links house is located on a quiet residential street in the desirable Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort, which has been named by Golf Digest “One of the Best Places to Play” for golf resorts. The Legend Course which the PS Links house is located on was designed by William Francis Bell, also known for designing Torrey Pines, La Jolla Country Club and Bermuda Dunes Country Club.
PS Links is close to the downtown shopping strip, the aerial tramway, world gym, the riviera club, three shopping malls, excellent restaurants, medical facilities, spa locations, worship centers, award-winning golf courses and several casinos. The residence is non-smoking, although smoking is permitted, outside. All linens are provided, along with bath towels and includes swim towels as well. Families with infants and or children of all ages are welcome, however, the pool area is not fenced, so we discourage unattended toddlers and younger children swimming or to be unattended at anytime while in the backyard near or around the pool. Well behaved dogs are also welcome.
