Located across the road from the stunning Mt Maunganui beach and also close to local shopping you can Immerse yourself in all that the Mount has to offer. This recently stylishly refurbished 3 bedroom townhouse is spacious enough to accommodate the family or groups of friends. Take a pew on the second or third level balconies and soak in the stunning views over the rooftops and beyond to the beach and ocean.

The Space:
This 3 level townhouse has a bedroom on the ground floor level with 2 single beds and a bathroom. The first level has the living area and another bedroom with king bed and a bathroom. On the top level you have large bedroom with a queen bed and it's own balcony and stunning views of the ocean and another bathroom.

Guest Access:
This is an attached townhouse and guests have access to the left hand side townhouse.

We can provide quality highchairs and porta-cots with clean fresh linen, these can be ready at your property in time for your stay.

Mount Maunganui
A spacious and well equipped home with three bedrooms and bathrooms on three levels suited our family of three adults well. Glimpses of the beach over the road, and car garaging. Only ten minutes walk to a good breakfast/lunch cafe, and thirty minutes walk to the shops and restaurants of the Mount. Close to airport and supermarket. Quiet.

Vacation Location at the Mount
Comfortable, well equipped, great location, quiet and wonderful sea views. Just a short stroll to the beach and about a 15 - 20 minute walk to the Mount. We relaxed the moment we arrived. I would happily recommend this venue as a great place to stay and unwind.

Great sea view
We love the Mount, this place has great beach access. Across the road from the beach, you can see the beach and hear the waves, but no annoying road noise. Set over 3 levels plenty of space for 6 of us - we didn't spend alot of time sitting around, too much to do and with great weather we spent it at the beach. The house is clean, tidy and comfortable and we'd happily stay here again. Love the location. Thanks for having us.

Great location
This townhouse has a fantastic position just across from the beach and the outlooks spectacular especially from the top floor. It has everything you could possibly need for a long term stay. A vehicle is almost a must as it’s a distance from shops and other conveniences

This is one of the nicest places I have stayed, the house was clean and the beds really comfy. The sea views are spectacular. Would highly recommend. Thank you for making my family's holiday a special one.

Great getaway
Great place to get away for a few days. Location is lovely but its quite far to walk (45mins) to the Mount itself, but very close to driving and nice to be able to walk across the road to the beach. New World only a short walk away too which was handy. All amenities there at the house. Would recommend

Not the best value and inconvenient check-out
This is one of the more onerous places I've stayed. For a 2 night stay, we had to lodge a deposit which took over a week to have returned. The check out procedure requires you to go the local tip to dispose of trash , which the local tip isn't really set up to take (the attendant kindly took my one bag and dealt with it). The place itself is dated but it's comfortable enough for 6 people. Better value elsewhere.
