Townhouse Treasure

David & Peg’s townhouse was welcoming in every way imaginable: easy to find, abundant amenities, instructions logically presented, well furnished, tasteful decor, comfortable beds, etc. The owners were very responsive to our questions, and we would highly recommend their townhouse rental to anyone.

Perfect

My husband, myself and two teen daughters were all pleased with the accommodations. Super clean, had everything we needed and the perfect location. We especially loved that we had access to 4 beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella. I would highly recommend this place for a family.

Great place, feels like home.

We had the best time! David and Peg are excellent hosts, every little detail was thought through, and the place felt more like home than a rental. Wonderful Vacation Rental

This property was suitable for our family of 4 and our stay for beach outings, exploring the city and just relaxing after dinner. The home is equipped with everything you could think of. Communication was great with both owner and caretaker. I would recommend this rental as it was in a safe community.

Minutes from the beach!

The townhouse is exactly as pictured and well stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. We love the location as it is minutes from Wrightsville Beach (which we didn’t get to as our visit was brief) great restaurants and laundry. We have stayed in this townhouse community before and feel very safe, it is also a quiet neighborhood. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and we’d definitely stay there again.

Just perfect!! Highly recommend!

Beautiful, spacious house close to the beach! Spotless home, great amenities, and amazingly responsive host. David and Charlotte were flexible and always willing to help me. We stayed for a week and it was perfect! 10 min drive to beach. They had everything possible we needed and more! The beds were so comfortable!! I will definitely come back again. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Townhouse. It was tastefully decorated and a great layout for the 3 guests that were with us. The owner was very responsive and the Townhouse was super clean. The spacious master suite was located upstairs which offered much privacy. We loved that you could walk over to Lumina Station and the Harris Teeter. Highly recommend Blueberries for breakfast or lunch! Would definitely look into staying here on our next Wilmington trip!

Perfect place to stay for local wedding

Our daughter got married at Wrightsville Manor and this townhouse was perfect for us and some of our family. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The deck was a lovely place for morning coffee and grill was great to cook dinners. The neighborhood was quiet and having two parking spaces ideal. It was easy to access and all the towels, appliances etc were high end. We would go back again in a heartbeat.

Just as described

Place had everything we needed. It was in a great location for us …close to where our daughter lived and the beach. We walked the loop many times and enjoyed pickelball. Cooked dinner twice there and had everything we needed. Beach chairs and surf boards were a bonus. Lots to do close by with great restaurants, shopping and farmers market. Neighborhood felt safe. Will stay again!

Great place to stay in Wilmington, NC

The townhouse was super clean, and it was well-stocked with spices for cooking. It was very close to Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington. We will definitely consider staying at this townhouse on our next trip to Wilmington.

Perfection!

We came to town to home shop, we have many friends in town but also had Father In Law visiting Wilmington for first time. We were easily able to enjoy all of our favorite spots, DT river walk, Wrightsville Beach. Brunch at Blueberry’s dinner at Kipos, etc. my husband ran every morning down to beach. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful and well appointed without being over done. Loved everything!! Host was incredible and responsive to our every need. Will return or recommend any chance we get!

Perfection

So many wonderful things to say about this property. Immaculate, extremely well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, beautiful decor, comfy furniture, and fantastic location. So many wonderful restaurants near by, some within walking distance. Wrightsville beach 10 min down the road. The beds were comfortable, high end linens, thick, absorbent towels, and extra blankets. Closets stocked with ample hangers. Remote ceiling fan in primary bedroom but also new windows if wanting fresh air in the morning or for sleeping. Large shower supplied with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Dual vanities, one mirror equipped with a magnifying mirror. The owners have thought of literally everything. Loved the quaint, private deck in the early morning...a cup of coffee and the sweet sound of the birds. There's even a grill out there. Like I said, they thought of everything. This is truly the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. 5 stars all the way! Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful property, highly recommend.

The townhouse was very clean and spacious. I highly recommend it to anybody visiting the Wilmington area. There were a variety of great restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

Spectacular place to stay

This was a wonderful location and condo. The condo is beautiful! Close to beach and great restaurants. We attended a wedding at the Wrightsville Manor. Just behind our accommodations. Nice deck with chairs and grill. I would recommend to any one interested. I hope to return.
