5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home has, 4 King rooms with 2 master en-suite bedrooms in 2 wings with the central Livingroom, Dining room and Kitchen.  Separate wings allow families to share this lovely home.  We offer smart TVs and streaming. Comfortable furniture for lounging, private in ground pool.   Plenty of comfortable seating on the outdoor patio and around the pool.  Beach, only 2 miles away.  FREE EV Car Charging.   Part of a 2 home compound, houses can be rented separately or together.   Pool closes Oct 3 2023  = Opens May 31 2024.

A perfect setting for family, privacy & R&R.

We loved out stay here. Beds were comfy, showers deluxe and the pool ... so fun. Clean, quiet, cozy and the perfect amount of bright light, space & all the amenities one would need. Next time, we will book longer. We loved it.

Great spot in tom Nevers!

Lovely home that has everything you need and more. Beautiful property, lovely bright rooms, great kitchen and patio. We stayed in October so unfortunately weren’t able to enjoy the pool and outdoor shower but both looked great!

Beautiful Island Home

This beautiful home served us well during our visit to Nantucket for a family wedding. It was a rainy weekend yet the heated pool was still utilized by the most adventurous members of our family. All five bedrooms were comfortable. The house is wonderfully equipped and had a perfect layout to accommodate us and our adult children.

Great vacation home

Awesome floor plan with all the amenities you would need. Bedrooms are large with king beds- common area and kitchen large and well equipped. We are a family of 7 adults and 4 worked from home for one of the weeks- everyone had their own space. The pool was lovely. Communication with the host was excellent.

Perfect Vacation Spot

We loved staying at the Low Tide! It was spacious, clean, and modern. The kitchen amenities were perfect for cooking dinner every night and there were enough beach chairs, pool floaties and beach towels for everyone in the house. The kid's room also has a pack-n-play, so no need to bring your own. The best part was the heated pool!! Make sure to turn it on when you arrive so that you can take a warm dip when the afternoon's get cool. We would definitely stay here again.

Annual Nantucket Getaway

The house is beautiful and very comfortable for 7 adults in their 70's. The location is close enough to town but far enough to be quiet and secluded. We had one issue, and it had nothing to do with the house. There were workers onsite every weekday......landscapers, pool workers, sprinkler maintenance workers, plant sprayers and hedge trimmers for 2 full days, very noisy and disruptive. We contacted VRBO and they cancelled all the services for the last day we were there. We are considering this house for next year and we would recommend staying there, just ensure no services are planned during your stay.

Relaxing Stay in Nantucket

Our family recently visited Nantucket for the first time and had an absolutely delightful experience, thanks in large part to our stay at this beautiful house. After exploring the island, coming back to such a comfortable and welcoming home was truly a treat. The house exceeded all of our expectations in every way. From the thoughtful decor to the well-appointed amenities, every detail was carefully considered to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The space was perfect for our family, providing both cozy communal areas and private spaces to unwind. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily access all the wonderful attractions Nantucket has to offer. Whether we were heading out for a day of adventure or returning for a quiet evening, we always felt at ease and happy to be staying in such a lovely place. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking to experience the best of Nantucket. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can't wait to visit again!

Great House

The house is lovely. Very roomey . The bedding is high quality The open floor plan for the living space allowed for everyone to do their own thing. With 2 seperate dining tables there's Plenty of space to divide into your own space or hang with the group in the grand, central living room, for a game of cards. The house had all our basics needs and some extras. With a short drive to the beach where we saw seals resting. We will be back to Low Tide at Green Hollow

Wonderful time at Low Tide!

The set up of the house is great with 2 'wings' (2 bedrooms on one side and 3 on the other). Loved all the king-sized beds and that everyone had their own bathrooms too. The bunk room was perfect for the kids--could fit 4 easily! Plenty of room for us and our guests. Kitchen was very functional and had all the necessary supplies. The house is very private and on a quiet street...perfect for little kids to ride bikes. And the pool was fabulous!! We spent almost all of our time in or by the pool. Karen (the property manager) was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed before and during our stay. We had a great time and will be back!

Great house!

LOW TIDE was a beautiful property! The house was wonderful for my group of friends, but would be great for one or two families as well. It was clean and comfortable. Pool was beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This is an excellent vacation home! The layout of the house is great, with plenty of bathrooms, and the outside is wonderful. We enjoyed the back patio and the pool very much. There’s lots of privacy in the backyard. We were very impressed with everything about this house!

Peaceful paradise

Perfect property! The home was beautiful, new, spacious and had everything you need and more. The pool and yard was so peaceful. We felt worlds away yet all action was just a short drive away. We had all ages from infant to grandma and all in between and everyone enjoyed there stay. The pool and patio area was wonderful. It was so easy to really relax with the little ones. Girls Weekend

The Low Tide house was perfect for us. 4 women and 4 full baths. We're already looking forward to heading back to the Island and staying at the same house for the Daffidil Festival next April with our husband's. Karen was great, very accommodating and always had a quick responce to my texts and emails. Thank you for fabulous time Nantucket!!
