A Great Secluded Location
This place was magical. Quiet community, good amenities, restful atmosphere. Only things to note are that it's about 20-30 mins from anywhere else on the island (8 mins is on an unpaved road), meaning if you want to go to Grace Bay you need to plan accordingly. Also, there was a lot of sea grass washing up on shore. It didn't smell, just an annoyance to walk on the beach or wade in the water. And the power did go out for a couple hours while we were there (whole resort, not just our place). But these are all unavoidable and part of island life! If you want a stay away from the tourist crowd, you'll have to expect a drive. Sea grass is nature and the resort did a good job keeping it cleaned up around their beach. And the power came back on quickly, though our host was very communicative when it happened. The pool and hot tub were pristine clean, the restaurant on site has great food and drink options (and dessert!), the beach and toys provided were everything you could imagine. We loved this place and would absolutely stay again. :)

Beautiful property
The condo is right on the beach with pleasing low plants between the condo and the beach. The condo was very clean, the manager was easy to reach. There are wood palapas on the beach with chairs underneath. There is always a breeze, probably from the trade winds. The complex is the only one around, far from anyone else, so it is serene. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic stay at NWPR
Had a wonderful week stay here in building 2 Rm209. Clean space and had everything we needed (pots, pans, glasses, plates, coffee, blender, beach/pool towels). Gated entry with in room safe, and friendly staff grounds crew. Great spot to call home base and explore the island with a rental. We left by 9am each day, did all we wanted to do around the island, had lunch in different bars/restaurants then returned to NWPR to cook dinner and relax around pool till sunset. Communication was great, and the Tides Bar/Grill was also open if you wanted something.

Perfect Location
We found the property very clean. The location is very rural and would suggest renting an SUV or Jeep as the entrance road (4 miles) is a dirt road and very rough. The other guests and Homeowner’s were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay again !

Great getaway
We really enjoyed the remoteness of the condo. The access to a beach, pool and a restaurant with hardly anyone around. The unit was very nicely setup with everything we needed. Everyone there was very nice and it was overall just extremely relaxing. Getting to the property was easy and we did it in the lowest end rental you could find. Yes it’s a dirt road and I’m sure there are some seasons where if it were wetter it might be a little more difficult. Just avoid the bumps like they were potholes back home! We did have some sticker shock when buying groceries but that’s to be expected when they import nearly everything. The island itself just has so many beautiful beaches that hardly had anyone if at all there. We ate at numerous restaurants and never had a bad meal. The weekly fish fry probably needs to be checked out once but we could’ve taken or left it.Thanks again for the use of your wonderful property!

Loved the secluded location of this lovely resort
My family loves to explore of the beaten path and enjoy the lesser busy beaches. This resort was perfect and beautiful. We found great snorkeling right down the beach from the resort. We also found lots of conch. We would definitely stay here again to take advantage of the secluded beaches and proximity to the national park for lots of exploring.

Off the Beaten Path
We visited TCI as a group of 14 and had a wonderful time. While the road into the subdivision was rocky, we were rewarded with a wonderfully secluded location that offered privacy and peacefulness. It is perfect for those who want to relax and not be bothered with a lot of noise and crowds. The condo itself is well equipped (even the silverware is a good quality), and I especially loved that we had views of both the pool and the sea. (I was also thrilled that the waters in both were warm enough to jump right in. I hate cold water and would have opted not to get in at all had this not been the case.) Both the owner and the Property Manager were responsive when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again and plan to! P.S. Be sure to visit Sapodilla Bay Beach. What a treasure!

Nice place in a terrible location for our experience
If you are going to TCI for the first time I can’t recommend this place. The condo is fine but the location was terrible for the experience we wanted. The condo is located way too far away from almost everything that you want to do and see in TCI. I would suggest staying in the Grace Bay mainly because the beach in front of this complex was covered by mounds of seaweed. Many people reviewed this unit and mentioned the seclusion and it is definitely secluded, but way too secluded for us!!😎

Nice family friendly resort
The resort is well located in a secluded area which we LOVE! There are so many conches when you walk toward the Northwest Point. The water is not as nice as Grace Bay beach but the kids still enjoyed it. The pool is well maintained with floaters available. The condo was well equipped except that it was missing the extra sheets for the sofa bed. We called the manager using whatsapp and she rushed over to give us some. She was very responsive.

Your Own Piece of the Island
If you want to be away from it all this is the place for you. We recommend renting a jeep if you want to truly explore all the island has to offer. We loved going to Bonefish Point but you MUST have a jeep. We went without and truly regretted it. We also explored Taylor Beach where you could walk out in knee depth blue water forever! We took a long hike alone the NorthWest Point on the limestone and coral and enjoyed the seclusion. We grocery shopped and cooked most meals at the condo. Beautiful morning views of the ocean while we sipped our coffee. Friendly neighbors. Pro tip. If you want to learn to kite surf we heard from a neighbor that Long Bay Beach is the place for you. Enjoy!

Great condo/wonderful location
This is the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of Provo. The condo was clean, very open with an ocean and pool view. It had everything we needed and a very comfortable king-sized bed. It is in an area mostly undeveloped, only 200 yards by beach to the border of the NW Marine National Park. We walked the beautiful, secluded beach to the NW tip of Provo where we saw two shipwrecks on shore and huge ocean waves breaking on the shallows. The resort has free kayaks which we took to the preserve on a calm day. A sea turtle and a small shark came right up to our kayak! Also entertaining are the kite surfers you can watch from the beach lounge chairs. The onsite restaurant/bar was open 1-7 pm while we were there, the food was delicious and not any more expensive than the rest of the island (which is quite pricey). The pool and hot-tub are cleaned daily and have plenty of lawn chairs with umbrellas. We learned about snorkeling spots during poolside conversations with people who live in their condos year-round. This is a perfect place for couples to get-away, yet it is also family friendly. You must have a car. It takes less than 30 mins. to drive to opposite end of island for the highly populated beaches like Grace Bay (lots of hotels, vendors, tourists). There is free parking on the whole island with beach access points so it is easy to visit other places for the day/evening. We loved our stay and will definitely rent here again.

Wonderful location and condo
The condo was just right. It had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and a view of the beach from the balcony. The beach was beautiful and we walked miles towards the point and saw an osprey nest, Lots of conch shells; turquoise water and shipwrecks. The pool was wonderful also. We ate at the onsite restaurant twice. The food was good and the people friendly. We enjoyed being away from the downtown area. It was very quiet; very relaxing.

We loved how remote the property is. There is a rustic natural feel with the National Park surrounding the property. We saw sea turtles and osprey, white egret and pelicans. The water is a bit rough for swimming but the treasures brought in daily make for a different experience on each walk. You definitely need a car. Taxi drivers don't like the road to the resort and its expensive. There is no restaurant, but the fully equipped kitchen made it perfect for eating in. The island in general is pricey, so this was a nice way to save and splurge on some fun outings. Sapodilla Bay is pretty close by, and Chalk Sound is so clam and warm with fun little tiki huts and water sports. We loved this resort. Our host has decorated the condo beautifully and the addition of the washer and dryer makes the experience complete. Sunsets to the left and sunrises that I could watch from my bed. The best!!!

Paradise found
This is our 2nd time at NWP and 7th time at TCI. Both are very special. NWP is beautiful, very well maintained and secluded. It is unique in that it is off the beaten path but only a 15-20 minute car ride to the heart of Provo if you are looking for things to do other than walking the beach and chilling out. There is a good mix of residents at NWP that make you feel at home as a guest of the property. The sunrises and sunsets are just amazing....zero light pollution and stars as far as you can see at night. Some reviews will say that driving down the unpaved road is a negative.....it really isn't. We used to go to the other side of the island to Long Bay Beach and it is now all developed and has lost its charm. NWP is where you go to unplug and recharge. We look forward to our return trip in the fall Cheers! Jeff & Stacy

If you know what you're getting, this is amazing!
Yes, it is out there a bit. No, there is no shopping. Yes, it is several miles on a dirt road. Forget this stuff. Focus on the good. The whole grounds are amazing! Absolutely beautiful, clean, and well-kept. It is 10-15 minutes (max) from the grocery store. Though, in our tiny Suzuki Alto, we comfortably drove 50 mph on it. The negatives are not negatives if you do any kind of planning ahead. We LOVED it! Not a hindrance in any way for us. So much to do in this QUIET area. The pool and hot tub area were pristine. The hammock. The paddle boards. The beach lounge chairs. The short walk down the beach to the national park/point. Seriously amazing! You don't have to fight for space on the beach or pool area. We snorkeled about a 5 minutes walk down the beach. Saw a turtle, cool fish, and a school of small fish basically surrounded us. We also watched pelicans dive for fish. It's a half-hour drive from here (the west point) to the far east part of the island. We made a ton of trips to the more touristy northeast areas, and it was no hassle at all. Especially with the money we saved staying here, in a more quiet area. We had a minor issue with plumbing (low pressure) when we arrived, but management had it fixed within an hour. All to say they care and wanted it to be good for us. Would 1000% stay here again!

The beach was perfect for our kids to kayak, paddle board, and snorkel. We enjoyed the afternoons at the pool, and exploring the local Thursday night fish fry. The property manager was fantastic! All my questions were answered quickly and with great local tips! We would love to stay there again.

This property is very secluded. Overall a great place to relax and get away from the noise of life. The only negative I can add is that the road getting to the property is a bit sketchy. Make sure you drive slow and avoid the holes. Other than the road getting there, it is wonderful. Would stay again.

Nice quiet place with a great view and easy pool and beach access
Property was great for our family of 3. Clean, tidy and practical. Any issues we did have were resolved really quickly, thanks to the awesome property manager, Theresa, who was helpful and responsive. Very quiet and secluded resort, ideal for those wanting peace and tranquility. The only downsides with the resort itself was the 10 min bumpy gravel road to get to it and the vast amounts of seaweed that cover most of the waters edge. Therefore most of our swimming was done in the pool, which wasn't much of a problem.

About the host

Hosted by Local Booking Agent

Host profile image
We are owners of two properties at NWP, this one bedroom unit, and an adjacent two bedroom, which we purchased in 2005. We live in New York State, and have been traveling to the Turks and Caicos Islands for 15 years. We are active in animal rescue, supporting the local SPCA and its associates.

Why they chose this property

Originally, we fell in love with Grace Bay, which in 2000 was barely developed. We started our ownership with a timeshare, but it quickly became apparent that Grace Bay was headed toward total development. We regrouped and looked for a more secluded location. The remoteness of NWP was most appealing to us. While it consists of 49 units, the property is expansive, and beyond our border there is nothing but vegetation and water as far as the eye can see. It provides total peace and tranquility.

What makes this property unique

You will fall in love with location, as we have. Relax in the immaculate unit, and enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktail as you examine the horizon for passing boats. The covered patio will protect you from any rare tropical shower. Any sudden needs you have will be addressed by the staff with whom we have contracted to ensure your maximum comfort.
