Exclusively for adults, Serenity Villas is brand new and offers 4 boutique villas on the absolute beachfront on the western sunset side of Rarotonga, providing couples a relaxing and away from the crowds - the ultimate paradise holiday.

Serenity Villas offer four very spacious, well appointed villas featuring all the modern comforts of home to make for an easy self service stay.

Each villa has a large indoor area with air conditioning, luxurious indoor bathroom, tiled outdoor private shower in your own courtyard and a large covered verandah overlooking the lagoon to best enjoy life the way the locals do.

There is also an amazing Swimming Pool for guests to use, BBQ, Pool Hut and outdoor furniture.Complimentary bikes, kayaks and snorkelling equipment is provided.

A guest Laundry is available with a Washing Machine.

Our beachfront location means the glistening white sandy beach is just a couple of steps away. Enjoy a romantic stroll down the beach or for our active guests, take the kayaks out or snorkel to see lots of tropical fish and sea life.

Guests have direct access to the lagoon which is on their doorstep. Kayaks, bicycles, snorkelling equipment, a selection of games and DVD s are included complimentary.

Decide if you stay in and prepare your own meals or visit the many restaurants on foot or by scooter or car; the choices are yours to make.

Serenity villas is just am amazing experience for that perfect holiday, Rick the property manager made us welcome and relaxed. Best place on the island for that private beautiful beach front experience, Villa is so well set up , beautiful and super clean , x great overall experience for that perfect stay

You’d be crazy to stay anywhere else!

We were blown away by the quality of this lovely property, in real life it was even better than we expected from the listing. It was immaculately clean and organized, with all possible amenities you could want - you could see that every single element has been thought through to an extraordinary level of detail. The location can’t be beat - your completely fitted-out porch gives out directly onto a very private beach where you can snorkel or watch the whales or the sunset! You are absolutely beach-front. We went all around the island and kept our eye out for the other luxury accommodation options out of curiosity, and confirmed that this is definitely the best high end place to stay if you want top quality and top privacy. I would pick this over any other option on Rarotonga. Even if you look at other luxury beachfront villas available, they will either share the beach with lots of other people and be less private, or back up quite close to the road and get road noise, or have lower quality finishes and amenities - none of which are the case for this gorgeous place.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It felt like our own private oasis! Just what we needed at the time. Lovely hosts in Rick and Jo. Great restaurants in vicinity. Loved having the pool behind the villas especially as it was a rather windy week and the pool was sheltered. Beautifully landscaped and everything you could want in the villa. Quiet and peaceful.

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect!!!

If you need to rest and relax, stay here! Tim and I stayed for a week and loved every minute. Rick welcomes you like a long list friend and then leaves you to it, he will catch up with you during the day to see if there is anything you need, but quite honestly, the villas are just so beautiful, you don't want for anything more! Also a big thank you to the restaurant next door, we were welcomed and if felt like having our meals and of course cocktails at our little villa, then we could. And don't forget, there is a little bakery across the road, it is yummy! so that's brunch done too. Did we leave the villa....nope. Had the world at our feet. This is our second stay with Rick, Thank you!! And Jo, hopefully next time we will get to meet you...
