Leave the car at home and enjoy our 5 Bedroom Beach House where you can walk everywhere. A perfect Holiday Home and Retreat.
At the end of the street and a flat 1min walk you will find the Ocean Grove Park, where you can enjoy the exercise equipment, playground for the kids, Events or the Fabulous Sunday Markets. The Ocean Grove Library just around the corner to borrow and bring home some holiday reading.
Ocean Grove is renowned for great coffee, fabulous cafes and local amazing Bellarine Wines. The main shopping street include post office, newsagents, surf shops, gorgeous Boutique clothing and homewares as well as Coles.
Spoilt for choice with many Cafe’s and Restaurants all an easy “flat” 4min stroll from home.
The Ocean Grove Bowling Club is fabulous for dining and entertainment after a hot day at the beach, a 7min walk or a courtesy bus is available.
Our clean light airy 5 bedroom home (2 bathrooms) has all you need including puzzles, games, toys, totem tennis fooseball table and boogie boards for the kids!!
The house sleeps 12 and you will sleep soundly as our comfy beds are equipped with brand new Sealy mattresses and linen is provided!!!
There are 2 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower to use after those sandy days at the beach.
Perfect for entertaining with electric BBQ, 55” Smart TV, WIFI,
Nespresso coffee machine, Dishwasher, Large fridge and washing machine.
Open plan Kitchen, meals and living area opens out to a fabulous indoor outdoor sitting room leading to the deck with large outdoor table and BBQ perfect for entertaining and admiring the stunning sunsets.
The house is cool in the summer with a central cooling system and warm in the winter with central heating and a gas log fire.
