Foi a primeira vez que me hospedei nesta quitinete, porém já conhecia o prédio. O imóvel atendeu a minha necessidade e do meu esposo: possui estacionamento , mercados , padaria , farmácias e várias opções de alimentações muito próxima , inclusive para todos os " bolsos" . A distância da praia é de 1 quarteirão , sendo muito prático ir e voltar várias vezes , caso necessite . O imóvel é como na descrição e daria para hospedar 4 pessoas tranquilamente. Já sobre o proprietário, tirou todas as minhas dúvidas e respondeu rapidamente . Ah , quero deixar aqui registrado: depois de ter efetuado o pagamento, precisei reduzir 1 dia da minha estadia e prontamente fui reembolsada . Com toda certeza voltarei . Foram dias de descanso e sem nenhuma dor de cabeça . Atenciosamente.

Referente ao imóvel, ele é perfeito, limpo, novo, aconchegante. Suporta 04 pessoas tranquilamente. O ruim é o Prédio, não suporta um numero muito grande de visitantes, como tem vários andares, não tem elevador suficiente, e o atendimento da recepção é muito ruim.
