Thunder Point is a 3 bedroom home nestled in a quiet street in South Warrnambool. short walking distance to the beautiful coastal views that Thunder Point, Lady Bay and Penguin Island host. This is the ideal get away for a Warrnambool holiday near the water.
There are three bedrooms in this home; 2 Queen rooms, the third bedroom with a Tri-bunk. The master queen offers built in robes as well as a spacious ensuite with shower. There is a second bathroom with separate toilet downstairs and an additional powder room upstairs.
Wind your way upstairs into the large open plan kitchen and living space. The kitchen offers large counter space as well as a separate butler's pantry meaning plenty of room for cooking and enjoying a long lazy dinner with good company and a couple bottles of wine. Maybe take a trip to Basalt Winery and Vineyard in Killarney, enjoy a taste and take your favourites back for the evening!
In the morning enjoy breakfast in the large outdoor space, sip coffee and watch the world go about their day while you relax and enjoy the lazy slow mornings all holidays are made for.
