Professionally landscaped with an open-concept design, this spacious home easily accommodates large groups. Enjoy southwest-facing views with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, and swim safely in the sandy-bottomed lake, 3-6 feet deep within 150 meters of shore. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet close to supermarkets, restaurants, and LCBO, this retreat has everything for an unforgettable stay.

THE SPACE

Where your comfort and safety are our top priorities. We ensure that each cleaning is meticulously double-checked, providing a pristine and secure environment for all our guests.

Step outside to discover a spacious backyard, complete with a variety of inviting seating options, an oversized dock adorned with classic Muskoka chairs, and a luxurious Lake-view Jacuzzi Spa—ideal for relaxation. Inside, the game room offers endless entertainment, featuring ping pong, foosball, and a selection of toys for children.

As the sunsets, gather around the campfire in one of the 15 Muskoka chairs, or take advantage of our kayaks, paddleboards, and lawn games for endless fun and relaxation throughout your stay.

GUEST ACCESS

Entire house and property except single garage

Check-in is anytime after 4PM. Check out by 11AM. Entry is gained via smart lock. A custom entry code will be sent to you on the day of arrival. This entry code will be valid for the duration of your stay.

Beautiful, Clean and Comfortable
Our group had a wonderful, relaxing and comfortable time at Ethan's cottage. The place is exactly as described and as pictured in the post. It is very clean and well-furnished to host large groups. There was more than enough dishes, utensils, glassware and linens to comfortably house our large group. We frequently rent cottages and Ethan's cottage is the cleanest and best one we've rented. We were very comfortable and would visit again. Ethan is a great host who is helpful, friendly, accommodating and very quick in his responses. Thank you again for a great cottage getaway!

Property is as advertised. Very nice.
Spent the weekend at Ethan’s place with friends. We really enjoyed ourselves. Great host, Ethan was always available which made it nice. Quick responses. Great place to get away with family/friends. Excellent view of the lake. Many activities to do at his place. For example, air hockey and ping pong. Great location, it’s close to many amenities. I would definitely book this place again.

Fantastic Location- Very nice owner
It's a beautiful cottage just less than an hour from Toronto with very nice view. some improvement are required for heating system and internet, and the owner who is very nice guy is willing to fix those issues, but over all we had a very good time. Strongly recommended.
