Desert Getaway

Large house with plenty of room to split between multiple friends or families. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood with pretty easy access to the interstate and 20 to 30 minutes from the airport. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking needs too!

Lovely home. Close to everything. Trails, shopping.

We go to Goodyear every year to visit family and this location was perfect. House was clean and had all essentials needed. Just wish pool was heated. And patio cushions cleaned. Also back patio was not cleared of leaves. It was perfect for our family.

Great spacious home!

Loved staying here. Big spacious home with a great layout. Would definitely book again! Only feedback I would give is the location of the hot tub being smooshed in between a tree and a bush. This made it very difficult to take the cover on and off. Other than that, the house was amazing. Thanks again!

Great Stay with Friends!

My group of 8 traveled to Arizona for our annual Eagles Away Game trip against the Cardinals, and this was the perfect place to stay while we were there. Besides the fact that this is only 15-20 minutes from the stadium itself, all of the amenities made it difficult to want to leave the house to explore Phoenix! Everything was very clean, set up so nicely, the hot tub and pool were fantastic, and the house was well-stocked with anything we would need. It made our trip very comfy and easy. There are two love sac's in the living room that I think I slept in more than my actual bed, SO COMFY!! Highly recommend staying here and our communicator during our stay, Justin, was awesome!! Very responsive and helped us out big time with check-in and check-out with our weird flight times. Thank you for everything!

Excellent location-lots of room

In the heat of the AZ summer the inside of the home was a cool oasis! We took advantage of the pool and relaxed in the evenings with a movie in the family room. Definitely would stay again and wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect spacious home

We absolutely loved this home. It was perfect for all of us. Five 15 year old boys that traveled to Arizona for baseball tournament. The house is very accommodating and everyone was comfortable. The pool was perfect and helped cool everyone off after spending all day at the baseball fields. Large kitchen and the layout of the home gave everyone their personal space. We will definately will book again. Thank you for accommodating us.

Beautiful Home with many amenities but dirty and noisy

We totally loved the home, beautifully decorated, many amenities, however, the cleanliness was unacceptable. We washed almost everything in the house before using it. Found dirty dishes in the cabinets, the fold-out bed had filth, crumbs, and straws under the cushions as well as the footstool in the living room. There was a half-smoked joint laying on the table by the pool and the spa hadn't been cleaned in a while. We had to clean it before using it. The filter cover was broken. The first night the smoke detector malfunctioned and started beeping in one of the bedrooms, the stool by the island broke when my granddaughter sat down, we had to tighten the screws to fix it. The master was gorgeous, however, the street noise was very loud. Drawers in nightstands next to the bed looked like someone ate Chex mix and left the crumbs all over, hadn't been cleaned. Stain on one of the nightstands like someone spilled something and didn't wipe it up. Mattresses stacked outside by the side gate. The homeowners association left a "ticket" on the door to tidy up landscaping as it was encroaching the sidewalk. Landscaping by the pool was overgrown and looked as if it hadn't been cared for in a while. We left it better than we arrived by fixing the problems and enjoyed our stay while we were there, just was hoping for a home that was a little tidier than what we had.

Spring break

Group of 8, 4 couples. We had a great time hanging out in this very nice house. We made meals, the kitchen is well equipped. It was colder, so we didn't use the pool much, but we did use the hot tub. It needed to be cleaned, so we asked the owner, and he had someone there the next day and got it fixed. The location is convenient, but near a busy road, so there was some traffic noise. We had a great stay and would go back!

Excellent Stay!!!

The place was extremely nice: the decor, the open layout and rooms accommodated our party perfectly. The outdoor TV and hot tub made our stay all the more pleasurable. The kitchen cookware/dishware and the towels provided made the 4night stay very pleasant.

Girls Golf Week

Very comfortable home. Had a couple of issues but the owner was very prompt on taking care of the problem and took care of it immediately. A little hot, so glad there was a nice big pool to cool off in. Thank you!!!

Weekend Getaway

This place was the perfect Headquarters for me and my buddy bringing our kids to town for a football game. The hot tub had some issues throughout the weekend but by Sat we'd been able to view the manual online and get it working. Since we chose the location specifically because it had a hot tub, it was a bummer that it stayed lukewarm the first 2 days. Other than maybe stocking some ziploc bag type necessities, everything about the house was wonderful. Our kids kept asking if we could just live there forever.
