Another relaxing stay.

This was our third stay. True to its name. It offers beautiful views and the brews are only minutes away. Very centrally located among the breweries and wineries. Minutes from hiking, fishing, skiing or sightseeing. The apartment is well stocked, clean, cozy and comfortable. The host is always accommodating and responds quickly to any questions. We enjoy our stay every time. We'll be back again in a few months.

Another great stay!

This was our second stay. In a word. Perfect! Cottage is nicely equipped, perfectly located and always clean and very comfortable. Very gracious and accommodating host. We're already planning our next visit. Of special note is the small details. Coffee and creamer provided. A few bottles of water were provided up on check in. Granola bars for a treat or snack. It's the little things that make this such an exceptional stay. Thank you Tom!!!

Just like home

A weekend was spent in Afton in Nelson County to enjoy the Blue Ridge Mountains and to attend a festival. We booked our apartment thru Evolve and are very pleased with what we found. The accommodations were great. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay along with some some extra treats. The owner ensures everything is clean and tidy. You have water in the fridge, ice in the freezer, granola bars if you need a quick snack, and a coffee maker with pods and creamer. If you decided to stay in there is a TV, DVDs, and games to keep you occupied. A quaint little table and chairs on the outside deck along with a quiet space around back where you can sit an enjoy a lush green yard. This was actually our third time to this rental and look forward to returning! It is a very quiet location, convenient to wineries, breweries, restaurants, hiking trails, and Wintergreen Resort where there are always activities no matter the season. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

6th Anniversary Weekend

The apartment was wonderful! Very cozy with everything that you need, including a Keurig and lots of k-cup choices! This was located near many wineries and breweries! Right up the street was Blue Mountain Brewery which had great food and a wide selection of drinks (adult and non-alcoholic)! Also close was Ragged Branch Distillery, Skyline Drive and the Blue Ridge Parkway! This apartment has everything for a great week or even weekend! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Another great stay!

This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. The cottage was perfect and in a perfect location on 151. The host provided those little extra accomodations that make the stay even more comfortable. This was our second stay here. We'll definately stay again.

Perfect retreat

We needed a space to getaway for the weekend. Although the location of this property was set perfectly for many things, we just needed a clean, comfortable, and quiet space to diligently conduct work and planning. Extremely clean and well-equipped property!

Great place to stay for a couple getting away to VA wine country. EXTREMELY tidy property (both the owner's main house and little "apartment" above the separate 3-car garage). Very private! Probably the best TV setup we've had in a rental - huge TV with streaming. Great for relaxing at night. Owner was very responsive to texts. Loved everything about it except that it's a little too close to the main road and you hear the road noise. Luckily, once the bedroom door was closed, you couldn't hear the noise. Very convenient for driving to Charlottesville, Afton, and Crozet.

Location Location Location!

The property was convenient to everything you need for a great getaway. Kitchen great, places to put your luggage away (sometimes a rarity). WiFi great. Landlord a really nice guy! You are 15 minutes from anything you would like to do. Hiking, wine, cider, beer.... There is a little road noise with windows open, and the couch is a little low.... but very very comfy! I didn't use the outside space but you do have a great spot "behind" the apartment. Stay- you will love it!

Perfect Location!

This apartment was even better than we expected! It is spacious, comfortable, clean, and in the perfect location for visiting wineries, breweries and distilleries in the Wintergreen, Afton and Crozet areas. It is not far from Charlottesville and many outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing. We will visit again for sure!

151 Brews and Views is a great location with easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and many breweries, wineries and resteraunts near by. Tom was very helpful and gave us many good tips.

We loved this beautiful apartment with close-up views of blooming crepe myrtle. Comfortable, well-appointed, and conveniently located, a great base for exploring all the beauty along the BRP, and the local vineyards and breweries.

Great location for hiking

We had a wonderful weekend at this apartment. The location was great being so close to Skyline Drive and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Tom was very helpful with suggestions as to hikes in the area. The apartment itself is lovely - very clean with an amazingly comfy bed. We really enjoyed the extra touches such as board games and DVD’s. Great stay :)
