Come relax & enjoy your vacation in this newly renovated & decorated 2 Bdrm. 2 Bath Condo. New granite counter tops, hardwood floor, stove.
-The kitchen is fully stocked & equipped & the dining area seats 4. Great for making simple meals or having a family get together.
-The master bedroom offers a King Bed, with all new bedding & pillows for a cozy nights rest. A 24" flat screen TV for those who like to relax in bed.
- There is a bathroom in the Master Bedroom. it has a Tub/Shower combo. Fully stocked with fresh new towels. 2- Towels for the Pool can also be found in the bathroom closet
-The 2nd Bedroom offers 2 - Twin Beds with all new bedding & pillows and a 24" Flat Screen TV.
-A 2nd Bathroom is located in the hall. It has a walk-in shower,sink, toilet. it has plenty of fresh new towels, & starter toiletries for those who may have forgot something.
-There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room that can accommodate 2 additional adults. You can find a 42' flat screen TV , with plenty of DVDs to choose from. There is also an array of games & books.
-Off the Living room is a fully screened in porch. Enjoy your first cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine in comfort.
The unit has both Free WiFi & Cable TV.

I purchased this Unit so that I have a place at the Beach that I can come to,
to relax and enjoy! As well as my Family & Friends from out of state. Also a nice investment for the future.

What makes this property unique
It's on the 2nd floor & a corner unit which makes it more private. It's away from all the downtown traffic, yet centrally located to everything with all the comforts of home. This unit is located across from the pool/hot tub making a swim or relaxing soak at anytime convenient.
