Big Kahuna Oceanfront and Creekfront  - This large house on The Peninsula in Inlet Point boasts 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms where you can enjoy both the sunrise along the oceanfront and sunset from porches and sundecks, and there is a shared dock on the Pawley Island saltwater creek! This incredible beach house includes the main floor living area, second floor den, sundecks and porches on both sides of the home with ocean and creek views.

There is a ground floor entrance in the carport area. Use the interior stairs or the elevator to access the upper floors. The main floor has a large open plan living area with a large kitchen and dining area - all with a view of the ocean! The living area has a wet bar, and doors that open to the oceanfront covered porch and private walkway out to the beach with an outside shower for rinsing off the sand and salt water after a day on the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has 2 dishwashers and an under-counter ice maker. The breakfast bar seats 8, the dining table seats 8, and there is an additional dining table that seats 4. The main floor also features a half bath off the foyer, two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a porch that overlooks the creek and marsh.

The 2nd floor features 4 bedrooms and a den with a wet bar and mini-fridge. Two of the bedrooms are oceanfront master suites with luxurious master baths. One of the master suites has a private sundeck overlooking the beach and ocean. Two guests rooms on the 2nd floor open to the porch with views of the creek and marsh. The top floor has a bedroom that opens to a sundeck with amazing views up and down the beach and straight out to the ocean.

Guests enjoy a private community swimming pool, a boat ramp and private access to uncrowded beach in a gated community with 24-hour security. The Big Kahuna is a beautiful home with three levels, an elevator, and wonderful views of the ocean, beach and creek. The creek dock is shared with the home next door and does not include the floating dock. Parking underneath the home accommodates 4 vehicles, and there is room for 2 more in the driveway.

Amenities with the wonderful home include: 2 Wet Bars, High-Speed Internet, Multiple Flat Screen TVs with Stereo System, Second Living Room Area, Washer & Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances, 2 Dishwashers, Gas Range and Over-sized Refrigerator.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. 

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your rental!  Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
